The official international Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ Twitter account has announced that at 12:00 AM (PT) on August 5th, 2016, a new Epic Medal pull and a new High Score Challenge will be added to the international version of KHUX! 

 

The new Epic Medal Carnival features new Illustrated Sora & Riku medals, both of which are powerful Upright Medals that deal massive damage and raise attribute-based strength by 2 tiers for only 2 gauges. These medals, as well as any 6★ versions of other new Epic Medals, will grant you extra points when used in the High Score Challenge event! 

 

This pull guarantees you at least 1 Epic Medal, and at least 1 of the new Medals (Illustrated Sora, Illustrated Riku, Timeless River Sora, Timeless River Donald, or Timeless River Goofy). If you purchase a 10-Medal Deal 9 times and don't get an Illustrated Sora Medal, you are guaranteed an Illustrated Sora medal in your 10th purchased 10-Medal Deal. Lastly, please note that Illustrated Sora and Illustrated Riku can also be obtained through Daily Deals and Small Deals in addition to the 10 Medal deals with a maximum Special Attack Bonus of 4.

 

The High Score Challenge event will feature prizes such as the Roxas & Axel & Xion Medal as well as the skills Defense Boost I and Defense Boost II. Check out the album above for tips given in the bulletin to help you get the highest score possible! 

 

The Epic Medal Carnival and High Score Challenge will last until 11:59 PM (PT) on August 11th, 2016.

OH yay another High Score Challenge where I won't get the medal they advertise because I don't have strong enough medals and am not made of money to buy enough jewels to keep trying to pull strong medals, and don't have enough keyblade cost to have all of my Medals be 6 star....though I am looking forward to trying to pull medals when I get enough soon and hope that majority of them are new and not ones where I can get if I play any of the missions.....

The levels of relateability are too damn high!!!

I had just enough jewels, but my pull was crap. Oh well, I used up all my luck last week getting SP Axel.

I'm done spending any Jewels on this crap. Until Square fixes the chances of pulling an Epic medal, I'm gonna be aiming for purchasing Avatar Boards with Cost upgrades.

Illustrated Sora and Riku look so good

The good news is you're guaranteed to get one of the new medals (where was that when I wanted Roxas??? ;A;)

The bad news is that if you're going for Ill. Sora or Ill. Riku, if you only get one of the new medals in your pull, there's a 60% chance that medal could be a TR medal instead. (I don't even have enough jewels to pull after the SP deal but idk if I'd want to risk rolling with those chances tbh)

The other bad news is that Axel+Roxas+Xion is only given to the top 5000 people who do the HSC. Deng .-.

slightly annoyed with this highscore bs >_< i didnt get the last one they advertised...or the one before that i can never make it high enough to get those medals why do they do this >_< and i have yet to pull roxas, xion OR axel i want atleast one of them! and i ended up pulling the TR sora in the last one -_- and im up there with you kingdom kid i have 160Cost i can have 4 6stars IF they all have -10 from cid =/

This is what I got for today's pull. Didn't screenshot the actual pull because I was mad admittedly. You see those first 4 selected medals? Yep... I have never been so done. The only good medal I have was the Larxene one. TR Donald lowers enemy defense for 1 tier, for ONE ATTACK, and to top that off it has a THREE GAUGE COST. What a complete waste of hard earned 3000 Jewels. I'm F2P and I've pulled for every single epic medal pull there was, and have gotten nothing good for all of them. And quests 400-425 is a legit paywall. Why does the NA version have to suck so much a**!? Sorry for this rant but it's gotten WAY out of hand...

welp i tried i managed to get into 5997....then instantly got kicked down to 6040 place on the high score ranking and im out of ways to get my score any higher =/ sucks cuz i really wanted that medal

Is DiZ actually any good? I'm still figuring out what medals are the one's I should be looking for.
