The latest issue of Famitsu Weekly have included a survey asking which PSP titles readers are interested in seeing remastered in the PSP Remaster program. This is where past PSP titles are re-released in HD for the PlayStation 3. Thanks to andriasang.com, we know that the fans have decided that Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep is the PSP game most wanted to be remastered. Although this is just a general public survey, it is significant as Square Enix have strong ties with the magazine, and they may take this view into account. Would you buy Birth by Sleep again if it was remastered for PS3? Let us know at our forum.

Hey I bought a PSP just for BBS so... I can relate lol.Would I buy a remastered version of BBS?YES OF COURSE... as soon as I get a PS3 lol.

    Even though I already have the PSP version, I'll gladly buy the PS3 version to support the series

    Plus it would look awesome on the PS3!

    Well all of them are old with a retail price of 20$. So 150$ would be good since its just porting and polishing.

    Yes, Day One buy for me! I bought my PS3 March of 2010 in hopes of a remaster, and here comes the "hopes"! 1920/1080p on Kingdom Hearts is almost something to die for, I "hope" they remaster all the games on PS3 that would be something to cherish wouldn't it? But anyways, I would buy only because I never played it on PSP all I did was watch a classmate :P

    AUGH! Euros!

    I don't get Euros, they're worth more than a dollar, yet everything there costs more than it does in North America.

     

    So I checked the EB Games site, here are the prices in dollars.

    BBS- $29.99

    Re:Coded- $19.99

    KH1- $24.99

    KH2- $24.99

    Re:Chain of Memories- $9.99 (Used, so I'll tack on an extra five bucks)- $14.99

    358/2 Days- $24.99

     

    $134.94 together (Without tax)

    Make each game HD, increase sound quality, add widescreen support, and add new content. I'd say the HD and sound would increase the price by about 10 dollars each. The new content probably 5 dollars each (I'd imagine there'd be some new CG movies, for example, for the DS games and CoM, for example, and probably a teaser for 3)

     

    So there's another 90 bucks.

    $224.94

    Now, I could see the price being bumped down to $199.99, maybe.

    OMG YES I WOULD i wish they would remake all of them including days just make a bundle pack i would replay them!.... ive already played each game like at least 2 times

    Yes i would, it would make a great Christmas gift if anything else, especially since the vita's launch was delayed, just sayin. Also i would love to see them remade in HD. Do you think they would re-record the voices if they remade them?

    I'm not sure. If they add a lot of new content, they might have to, but if they only add a little, I doubt it. I'm fairly certain newer games would have new voiced cutscenes though.

    Birth By Sleep sells for $29.99, KH1 and 2 sell for $24.99 each. How does this make business sense to Square?
