Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX to be featured at Gamescom

Square Enix has announced their line-up for Gamescom 2014, and included in this is Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX. The game is now confirmed to appear at the event, which starts on August 13 and runs until August 18, 2014. It's unknown if there will be a new trailer or playable demo at the event, but the latter is likely. Here is Square Enix's press release about the game's appearance there, thanks to JehutyRunner on NeoGAF:

Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX

Platform: PlayStation®3 system

Developer: Square Enix

Available: December 5, 2014

Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX is a fully remastered HD compilation of Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix and Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix. Previously exclusive to Japan, both games will be available for the first time in Europe and PAL territories for the PlayStation®3 system. Theatrical cut-scenes from Kingdom Hearts Re:coded will also be included in the compilation.

The game is a follow-up to last year’s Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX and will also lead into the highly anticipated Kingdom Hearts III.

Update: Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX has been nominated for Best Role Playing Game at Gamescom 2014.

And hopefully any kind of teaser, for as short as it may be. Pretty please, Square?

2.5 This. 2.5 That. Why don't they just bring out at least a freaking screenshot for KHIII?! They've advertised it enough and got fans disappointed on two occasions now. First the Release Date, then the whole Pin Fiasco. They need to put some sort of teaser for KHIII out to get the majority of the community back on their side.

They even haven't showed FFXV at the E3. Don't really see it coming this year.

I think they even won't come with a screenshot.

I'm just waiting for the trophy list of the games which probably won't get until it's released in japan or when it's very close to release

Maybe they'll show a new HD 2.5 trailer, I can see it coming after all. About Kingdom Hearts III, we'll most likely get something at TGS and D23 Expo

I feel like they're saving FFXV for TGS, because of course TGS is about their home country.
