I doubt any of them are gonna be killed, cause in KHIII Secret Reports, Luxu said very determinedly that he will meet the Five once more

Yeah, I was just reading that. He calls the Union Leaders the Five, right?

He is talking about them and clearly states he sees the Five leave, he can't know what happens to them afterward tho

it's also possible that the "Five" isn't a fixed group, maybe one of them can die but get replaced

You’re missing the point though, I know he was talking about the union leaders in those for the most part and it’s clear that he is, all the way up until he clearly changes the topic a bit and shifts focus elsewhere, and it directly goes hand in hand with something that’s already happening, they’re just missing Ava, hell there’s even a pause between the last thought where he says the last thing about what he knows about what will happen with the union leaders before he goes on to talk about bringing the foretellers back

I mean by all means, pray tell what reason he would have to ever need to meet the union leaders again or why he would even think that they would all survive a millennia to be able to see him again

But he's been watching them though. He took Subject X from the Radiant Garden dungeons(I'm just assuming she is Skuld), he recruited Lauriam's Nobody(he found Larxene as well, I think), and he somehow knew Ven was in the Chamber of Waking.

@Superslash I don' t know, you don't use "the Five" 4 times to then use it again to talk about other people and then calling these people "Lost Masters"

so either localisation sucks balls or the Five are the dandelions

why he wants to meet them, all i can think is getting keyblade back or some kind of revenge

Idk it just makes so much sense to me for him to he referring to the other five that he actually would want to meet again? Especially when it’s like, “I will meet them again” and then followed up almost right after basically saying “then my role will be complete” y’know?

Like yes it is made weird by the fact that are two groups of five, but it’s not like the secret reports haven’t always been cryptic and open ended to interpretation a bit lol

i understand but that's just not how writing works, a proper noun is meant to identify a specific thing not multiple, the fortellers are the Lost Masters, not the Five

I mean like you said, localization could just be wack here, I know I’d personally like to know what the literal translation is for some of the secret reports honestly

Also the weirdest part of all of this to me is the fact that it would just seem that brain just straight up dies somewhere along the timeline of events

Eraqus seems so clearly to be a descendant of him at this point, and for that to be the case you would think brain would’ve had to have stayed behind and go on to oversee Scala while the others all got thrust into the present time (god knows what happened to ephemer, seems kinda dead too if you ask me)

But in order for Lauriam, Ventus, Elrena, Skuld, etc. to travel back in time, they have to board the lifeboats twice, right? I wonder what their reason would be for them to do that.
