Square Enix have released a new batch of screenshots for Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX, showing off the Kingdom Hearts Re:coded HD Cinematic Story Videos. These 17 new screenshots can be seen below, in our gallery.

 

 

Square Enix have also officially revealed the exclusive Disney collectible pin that will be included in the HD 2.5 ReMIX Limited Edition. This Limited Edition will be available in North America, Europe and Australia, and is available as a free upgrade when you pre-order the game anywhere. Update: Kaori Takasue, the Product Manager at Square Enix Japan Studios, has shared some comments

on the official PlayStation blog about the size of the HD 2.5 ReMIX case, and how exactly the pin will be included. These are quoted below.

Hi +yourworldonfire :) thanks for liking the look of the pin, it makes us really happy. Art book for 1.5 remix was definitely a success too. The box standing next to each other is kind of a big deal to us, so we may have to make sure that the size matches up nicely next to your Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX box.

Hello +Arsenic 13, the brand manager from Kingdom Hearts 1.5 ReMIX told me that it was “critical” that we carry that side by side heights be similar. You can’t have one tall and one short right?! Let’s see what we can do about that. How about a window where you can say peek-a-boo to your pin somehow? We’re cranking ideas everyday! Thanks for your support!

 

Update 2: Square Enix Japan has released the Japanese versions of the screenshots above along with a new render featuring Data Sora, Data Riku & King Mickey. 4Gamer.net have posted them and thanks to them you can view them below, in our gallery.

Darn it why can't we get something like a figure,or artbook like kh1.5

    ......Oh my freaking gods, IT IS! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? IF they were seriously going to leave us with nothing but a pin, the least they could have done was make it look ORIGINAL, but Nuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu, they had to just go reuse some preexisting art work just to shove their lousy pin down our throats. I swear to God Square....

    It's a Disney pin, and not the first one to reuse artwork.

     

    But my opinion on it has just been slightly lowered.

    Seeing i never played kh recoded i guess the movie would be cool and pluss we get somthing extra at the end of the movie

    That pin pre order i a load of b******* I wish square enix gave us an at book if they give us somthing crap for kh3 then I'm considering getting another copy from japan

    Just looking at all of these screenshots, I can already see the Re:coded cutscenes will be much more varied than the 358/2 Days cutscenes.

    This is very disappointing and partially hurtful, I honestly can't even find a way to justify why square enix is doing this to us, while japan is receiving a collectors edition with not only KH2.5, but also 1.5 and art book and a bluray disc with all the track from the Kingdom Hearts series, minus 3D. This is insulting to the die hard fans, like myself, that are continually looked past just because we don't live in Japan.

    Japan didn't get the artbook last year. And North America gets tons of stuff the rest of the world doesn't.

    I just want another art book.And a figurine.And an OSTBasically the Japanese LE.But an Art book would be priority #1 for me atm.On the topic of those screens, I'm loving all of them. They just look great! I wonder if Tidus, Wakka, and Selphie will get voices?

    Actually the figure doesn't come with the japanese le. Or it would be over $100.
