The Australian Classification Board has rated Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ "G", for everyone. This rating, which appeared on the online database on September 3, 2015, is the first indication that Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ will be releasing outside of Japan and North America. An Australian release is now all but confirmed, and with that we can also assume a European release. However, it is still unclear if the game will be localised into other European languages.

Thanks to KHInsider for the tip, you can see a screenshot of the game's Australian rating information below:

Sony Computer Entertainment Japan Asia's pre-TGS 2015 press conference is today, and we're having our own livestream so that we can all watch the event! Could the Kingdom Hearts series appear at the event with any announcements? Perhaps a quick Kingdom Hearts III mention, or a Kingdom Hearts 2.9 announcement? We're not sure (and let's be clear, Kingdom Hearts is *not* confirmed to appear), but let's find out together.

Update: Kingdom Hearts did indeed appear at the event, with a Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue announcement!
The Disney Event Live page for the upcoming Kingdom Hearts Premium Theater has updated with a new Kingdom Hearts III promotional image, as well as more information surrounding the event which will take place prior to D23 Expo Japan 2015 on November 3, 2015. New Kingdom Hearts III information is confirmed to appear at this event.

You can view the promotional images below.

The updates speak of a talk show with special guests, promising that the show will be a special experience for fans of the Kingdom Hearts series. Below is a translation of the new additions provided by KH13 News Team member soraspromise:

Below the event summary and details, there is also information about a new Sora Play Arts Kai figure. This figure features Sora in his Kingdom Hearts II Final Form Drive outfit and comes with both the Oathkeeper and Oblivion Keyblades, as well as a wide variety of exchangeable hands in different positions. The figure will be sold for 9,800 yen exclusively at the event, with only 999 available.

Update: Yoko Shimomura, composer of the Kingdom Hearts series will be attending the Kingdom Hearts D23 Fan Event along with Hiroyuki Nakayama, who is known to have worked on the Kingdom Hearts series before as a performer and arranger for such titles as Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep and Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. They will be performing a live piano performance at the Kingdom Hearts D23 Fan Event.
A Square Enix game designer from Osaka has updated their public LinkedIn page with the projects that they worked on at Square Enix from August 2014 to June 2015, and curiously "Kingdom Hearts 2.9" is listed here as a title for both PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4. If true, the listing also confirms some Kingdom Hearts III info such as Pixar involvement, a possible Gummi Ship system, and possible multiplayer! For the 10 months that they reported working at Square Enix, they supposedly worked on both Kingdom Hearts 2.9 and Kingdom Hearts III, making the following contributions:

This listing can be seen by searching for "kingdom hearts 2.9" on LinkedIn while logged in. While there is a small possibility that this page is fabricated, we have considered that their profile is linked to other profiles that we have verified as legitimate, and that their page contains a whole range of information about the game designer's career that is legitimate, and so we believe this to be true.

This news follows a leak from E3 2015 where Kingdom Hearts 2.9 temporarily appeared on the official Square Enix Presents schedule screen, before being quietly removed. This was also suspected to be fake at first, but we have since verified that Kingdom Hearts 2.9 did indeed appear on this official screen on the show floor. Was it a mistake, or something more?

If true, it is unknown exactly what Kingdom Hearts 2.9 could be. Is listing Kingdom Hearts III's Attraction Flow underneath Kingdom Hearts 2.9 a mistake, or could this new game be used to show off some of the Kingdom Hearts III gameplay features? Initial speculation was that Kingdom Hearts 2.9 could be a re-release of Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX and Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX, but comments by Nomura in an E3 2015 interview seem to indicate that there are no plans for this. Was the game cancelled, or will it be announced in the future? Only time will tell.
In the credits for Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ, found under settings we have noticed Success Corporation, the developers of Kingdom Hearts χ[chi] were one again contracted by Square Enix to co-develop Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ for iOS & Android. However, unlike Kingdom Hearts χ[chi] which was handled by Square Enix's Business Division 11, Square Enix's Business Division 3 were working on this title.

Business Division 3 is of course the Business Division where the Kingdom Hearts team is hard at work on Kingdom Hearts III. Square Enix also has two other titles in development in BD3 with the 25th anniversary title for SaGa and World of Final Fantasy. Don't be confused though, these are different teams. Shinji Hashimoto is the corporate executive of Business Division 3.

A new development communication has been posted to the Square Enix Bridge website by Kingdom Hearts series director, Tetsuya Nomura. This communication goes into detail about the types and number of quests you will see in Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ, the updates they plan to make monthly, and how the story may tie into future of the Kingdom Hearts series.

Click "Country/Region" and then "Change Country or Region." From here scroll down to the bottom of the list, click the option that says "日本" and hit next.

Click on your Apple ID again, and select "Sign Out".
Find the app in the "Search" tab or click here .
Click "Get" and then it will ask you to sign in. Click the "Create New Apple ID" option and choose to register with a new e-mail address that is not attached to any Apple accounts yet.
When it asks for you to fill out info you need to be sure to have "None" checked in payment options. The rest of the information can be whatever you wish except for the "Postal Code." This needs to be an official code and we used "1010047." Your phone number can be your own, as well.
