While Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX is appearing at Tokyo Game Show 2014 with a new playable demo and trailer, Kingdom Hearts III unfortunately has now been confirmed to not appear at this year's event. Kingdom Hearts Ultimania asked a member of the Square Enix staff at the Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX demo booth where Kingdom Hearts III is, they responded with "the game is still in the very early stages of development and it’ll be ready to show, when it’s ready. We have Kingdom Hearts 2.5 coming out this year, playable at the show, and that’s our focus right now’".
As we've reported previously, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX is featuring at Tokyo Game Show 2014 with a playable demo. Previously, the exact same demo has been used to show off HD 2.5 ReMIX at trade shows-- but now, for the first time since Jump Festa in December 2013, a new demo is being shown off.

Thanks to KHUltimania, we know that the Tokyo Game Show 2014 demo features the main menu of the game, with Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix and Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix selectable, but Kingdom Hearts Re:coded unavailable. In Birth by Sleep, you can play as Terra in the Castle of Dreams, and in Kingdom Hearts II, you can play through Space Paranoids. KHUltimania's impressions are included below:
