Square Enix Presents has uploaded a new video covering Friday at Gamescom 2014. It features Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX's demo, the same one from E3 2014 and San Diego Comic-Con 2014. They also interview Tai Yasue, co-director of the Kingdom Hearts series and a few fans who were lucky enough to play the demo. You can view it below.
 




Square Enix have updated the Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix page on the official Japanese website for Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX, showing off high quality screenshots and renders from the game, now available in HD. These can be seen below, in our gallery.
 


 
This website update also confirms that completing Birth by Sleep Final Mix will unlock a custom PlayStation 3 theme! In addition, the new "Disney World" trailers are included on the website's movies page.
Square Enix Japan have posted two new trailers for Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX, titled "Disney Worlds Vol.1" and "Disney Worlds Vol.2", showing off the Disney worlds available in the HD remaster of Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix. These new trailers can be seen below.
 




 




 
Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX, the upcoming HD collection containing remasters of Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix and Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix, as well as Kingdom Hearts Re:coded HD Cinematic Story Videos, releases on October 2, 2014 in Japan, December 2 in North America, December 4 in Australia, and December 5 in Europe.
A 3 hour maintenance for Kingdom Hearts χ[chi] has just finished and with it the 1st year anniversary celebration and gummi event have come to a close. A new cut-scene showing Mickey, Donald and Goofy leaving Daybreak Town marks the end of this special event.
 
New assist cards featuring the characters from The Little Mermaid are now available, along with the Key Scene #3 card featuring Kairi which can be obtained by purchasing a Premium Box. New outfits called "Summer Holiday" were made available aswell. A Lux team collecting contest will be held and the 60 teams who collect the most Lux will get a a new SR+ assist card with Ariel & King Triton! To top it all off a new raid boss called Fortress Crab has appeared.

After another 3 hour long maintenance, following up from the 1st Anniversary announcements last week, Square Enix have revealed what will be the last presents and events that the players will receive during the last week of the Kingdom Hearts χ[chi] "1st Anniversary" celebration. A new set of Raise Draw cards was revealed, featuring Sora and Riku in their Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance outfits, along with villains Ursula and Cerberus. All players also received a new Sora SR+ attack card. No new outfits were released during this update, but the new attack card Key Scene #5 was placed in the Moogle Trade with a x3 boost on its stats. The 1st Anniversary event is still scheduled to finish when the August 14th maintenance starts.

In this interview, Yasue discussed both Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX and Kingdom Hearts III, revealing some interesting details about what was considered for the games. The Kingdom Hearts χ[chi] team keeps showering players with new missions and gifts.
 
Today after a 4 hour maintenance, the Kingdom Hearts χ[chi] website announced 2 new Premium Boxes. These special bundles of cards and items are only available by purchasing them with real money. They include 2 new cards that will as usual be granted a special multiplier until the end of the anniversary.The Hall of Fame winners who will receive a postcard signed by Tetsuya Nomura, the director of the Kingdom Hearts series, have been announced too-- they will also be receiving the new Key Art #15 assist card which features the same image from the postcard.
Three beloved Disney characters have arrived in Daybreak Town to help us celebrate as well. The dynamic engineers Chip and Dale, and his majesty King Mickey! The website also released the image of the SR+ Riku card that every player will receive just by logging into the game this week. A new outfit was released. This time you get to wear King Mickey's clothes from Kingdom Hearts II. A new Heartless has been sighted in the marketplace of Daybreak Town, the Black Misura Stars! Special events, missions and celebration is still scheduled to go all the way until the maintenance of August 14th.
 
Lastly it was announced that rewards for the top ranking players for the Gummi Block event will receive rewards which include a new avatar outfit that looks like an astronaut and 2 new cards, Key Art #19 and Key Scene #4, both cards feature images from Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days.
