lmao people asked me if I was starving myself because I said I lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks.

Koko replieddrink lots of water and workout. drinking several glasses of ice cold water regularly helps you lose A LOT of water weight. And as for working out, you don't necessarily have to do that, but like fidgeting helps you burn calories. Also chewing gum helps too.
waytothexdawnx repliedthanx for the tips! i def do need to drink more water. ive been drinking diet iced tea lol as for working out, im super lazy, but i live on a lake, so im thinking ill just take walks every night 45 minutes or so after dinner. that'll probably help a good amount.

I like how people say chivalry is dead when in reality, the thing that dead is being polite in general.

Koko repliedWhat I mean tho is people expect to be treated in a certain way but don't do it themselves. I'm one to say please and thank you, and I don't really get upset when others don't, but it's just nice when someone is courteous enough to say it.
