    Who have Pokemon Heart Gold or Soul Silver , how can I choose generation 1 and 3 starter pokemons ?

    you have to become champion first and then complete johto pokedex [i think] and then professor oak will give you generation 1 pokemon and i`m sorry cuz i don`t know how to get pokemon generation 3
