Not that I'm trying to change anyone's opinion that thinks this way, but this is how Burton played Yen Sid originally in KH2 or something close to it rather. But, for some reason, he switched it to a Christopher Lee-ish tone...and considering he's the go-to Christopher Lee stand-in that's probably not the wisest of choices. So, he's going back to his KH2 performance. Personally, it sounds a lot more unique this way.

Been watching livestreams. Sora: Japanese. Irino is a little more consistent than Osment in this game. Osment sounds like he knows where he needs to be, but him trying to sound like a kid is holding him back and a lot of his lines sound very flat because of it. He should have stuck with his normal voice. Riku: Both are consistently good. Young Xehanort: Both. They both work well in different ways. Master Xehanort: Both. See Young Xehanort Vanitas: Japanese. A bit more personality there than just being dark and brooding, but that works too. Xemnas: Both. Ansem SOD: So far...? Both, surprisingly. Richard Epcar sounds a lot better here. Disney Characters: English with the exception of Pinocchio. Roxas: Both. Axel/Lea: Both, but I don't like the direction they took with Lea's voice Braig: English...yeah. That performance is just too fun. lol Surfer dood ftw. The World Ends With You characters: English, with the exception of Joshua

It still works. Sora is still a teenager. Osment still sounds like a tennager. But...I don't really like how he's trying to sound younger in KH3D. It's hurting his emotional range. =(

Osment sounds like he's trying to sound young, and it's obvious that he's struggling. Weird. He never did this with the last couple of games. Why now? Xehanort threw me off guard, but that one's pretty good. The mixing is atrocious, though....oy.

Fred Tatascoire will most likely be CLU and Kevin Flynn most likely. You can probably count on Christopher Lee not returning, because of The Hobbit. But, we may get lucky.

Leonard Nimoy, Haley Joel Osment and Mark Hamill. Hamill really brought Eraqus to life, and it's a pretty nice change of pace to see him do something less villain-y. Osment was also a nice change of pace, while different from Irino's more flamboyant interpretation, that dark badass interpretation still works and he did a pretty good job. Nimoy was great too....so yeah.

Whatever's availible. For anime, if the dub's availible I'll go to that. If people say it isn't faithful to the source material in any way, I avoid it like the plague. Otherwise, I'd go to the original. Quality seems to vary on both so...meh.

Kinda makes sense since he pops up in the time when Mickey was still...well, green. I pretty sure all these translations are making his comments seem a bit more arrogant than it really is, but it would be pretty interesting if they did play against his confidence.

^Nope. That, and voices don't really change much after you hit puberty, so...nah, there's no reason to replace Haley as Sora.

Get someone else to do it, especially with the conditions she's in and put in the fact that she's a celebirty. Tom Hulce and Kevin Kline and maybe the gargoyles would have to be replaced too. There are voice actors that have the same voice type as them so I'm sure they can find a suitable replacement.

I hope they'll just use the orchestrated version.

Keyblades are exclusive to those who only exist in the Kingdom Hearts series...so...none of the above. They can use their own powers from pins and such anyway. They don't really need Keyblades. EDIT: Misread the first post....and...no, I don't see them wielding a keyblade.

About 3 years during Kingdom Hearts 2's waiting period. I didn't own the first KH, I just played it at my friends house, then 3 years later, I got it. So yeah

Axel, Demyx and Xigbar are pretty fun and memorable characters. Wish the latter had more stuff....well...Xigbar technically did...as Braig. Everyone else is pretty forgettable bar the Chain of Memories nobodies.

Most of the Disney voice actors, really. Wayne Allwine, Bill Farmer, Tony Anselmo, the works. But, if I had to pick for the series exclusive characters, it'd be Quinton Flynn, James Patrick Stuart, Derek Stephen Prince, Leonard Nimoy and Billy Zane.
