Halo 4 looks great! The new composer hasn't disappointed, nor have 434 in the gameplay and graphical department. Looking forward to playing the final product.

If the new model's getting a size revamp I hope they have a second circle pad built in for it.

Don't stress if you can't! Nintendo will just be talking about the Wii U's hardware (so no games shown until their E3 conference probably), and it's pre-recorded so you'll be able to watch it whenever it suits you.

My body is ready. Tails time is actually correct Sora, for Eastern Standard time here anyway. I think you've got Nintendo Direct mixed up with Nintendos proper E3 conference, they're two separate events, and this one is before E3 related to the Wii U.

You make it sound as though Microsoft choose what games 3rd party companys develop for Kinect.

I'm not good with US pricing with systems (living in Australia and all), but 300-350 dollars seems like a good pricepoint for the customer for a next generation (or this generation, considering we're moving into the next generation of gaming now) system on launch.

Nintendo will probably try and keep the price down to as low as they can, they've learned from their mistakes with the 3DS.

The console was still in development when it was first shown, so alot of the things shown for the system last year were tech demos and nothing more, not really the best representation of what it'll be like when it launches.. We'll find out next week though! Yup, sure is! E3 will be the big blowout for information though, we'll probably find out the most about it before launch there.

Mighty Switch Force has been my favorite so far, it's a fun 2D platformer.

One will most likely be New Super Mario Bros. Mii (or whatever they've built off from that tech demo and called it) I'm guessing this is just first party titles, because I really don't think the system would launch with just three titles. But regardless fingers crossed one of them somehow works out to be a Kingdom Hearts HD remix!

Australian game prices have been like that for years, marked up for no real reason and pinned on 'taxes' (if I remember right) and other things like that when the issues been bought up, although that's probably just an excuse, as the markups are almost double for alot of console games. They might change now though, retailers are going to struggle because now alot of consumers are catching on that it works out cheap for us to import games from overseas, and ship them here than it is to buy a game at full price here most of the time, so retailers might have to markdown their prices to stay competitive. tl;dr there's been excuse about the pricing of games here, and no actual proper reason for the markup of prices here, so it's just stayed that way. Sorry, turns out I was a bit off there. Going by the Jak and Daxter Trilogy they seem to retail for around $60 here. Wasn't too far off though The US pricing is about $20 cheaper (going by gamestop and amazon.com), so I think that seems in line with the conversions. (and the Australian markup from other countrys in retail pricing we get for every game) I'm no expert, but I'm prettysure there shouldn't be any issue with the rights if they're just re-releasing the original game. Disney also re-released Tarzan on Blu-Ray recently, so that would support that. It's not an announcement though, it's a rumor. The guys says he has had his source tell him, and he's reported it on his site, with no official confirmation it's classified as a rumor. If it's announced it'll be announced by Square-Enix themselves, or revealed at one of the E3 conferences.

The site says it'll be a E3 reveal, so if that's the case it will be coming out of Japan. They wouldn't reveal something like that there only to have it not come out there, and be a Japan exclusive Well, the HD collections with two/three games retail for about $50 (AU), and the RRP of a normal game here is around $100, so I think it could work as package to celebrate the annivary, even though it's a little over the top. And as for CoM he probably meant Re:CoM, a HD remix of CoM would be silly.

Using the Circle Pad Pro completely optional, so you don't need the add-on to play DDD.

Yep. I import a tonne due to the pricing for games being extremely high here, and it working out much cheaper buying imports online.

Speaking from personal expirence (I played a majority of the game with the circle pad pro) It's awkward at first, and takes some getting used to due to the bulkness of the CPP, but it certainly does give you a feel similar to that of playing with a PS2 controller.

It's avaliable for pre-order, but if you're lucky you might be able to buy it when it comes out. It really dpeends on how many pre-orders there is on the edition, and how many leftovers stores have. I'd definately pre-order to be safe though!
