He awakened his power at 3 and lived with his Half-brothers, Sasuke and Itachi, until the entire clan were slaughtered whilst he and Sasuke were training together. No Tricia, it's a big step! Gratz I can't drive til I'm 17... DAMNENGLISHLAWS! So a year and 30 days to go for me Go for it Girl! But being the sensible one, I know that when you come to getting a car, you will have to buy it, MOT it (well it's MOT here, it's just making sure your car is road legal), pay tax on the car, pay for fuel, tax on the fuel, Insurance, I could go on. But as long as you are a mature and sensible driver (who has some sort of job), that shouldn't be a problem. You should definitely go for the permit, it lets you have some freedom to choose what you do and where you go in your life, driving (I hear) is fun.

I assume there's some bad blood between Grandparents and Dad? Depending on what side of the family her GP's are on of course... I digress. The point I'm trying to make is, "Why is your Step-sister unsure of who her Parents are? Well I know she's 3-4 so that puts her at an age of easy influence. Therefore, if she spends more time with her dad, he will eventually get the message through that he is her father and not her Granddad. Maybe a mother figure to your Step-sister will help, children will always warm to a mother figure easier than a father figure, that's human nature. I don't know the extent of the problem, why it is like this and why she can't know... Sorry if I've just confused you all
