Man at Arms builds Cloud's Buster sword

You have to take into the account that Cloud was the essence of a super soldier. That's what SOLDIER was in the long run. The mako energy they had improved their capabilities, which allowed Zack to wield the Buster Sword. In the events of Crisis Core, Cloud was infused with the Jenova cell (And probably Mako as well). Though it was a feat alone for him to wield it before having any SOLDIER capabilities.

		Curious about a KH2FM translation.

That's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the very beginning with Chip and Dale. Though I just realized I didn't even clarify that detail...Crap, that's what I get for posting this at midnight

		Curious about a KH2FM translation.

So, I got bored and was watching some stuff pertaining to the Lingering Will/Terra, and one video showed the scene that you get when you discover the portal. I suppose I better show the video of what I saw. Obviously the English patch for that failed on a somewhat epic scale. (EDIT: It just occurred to me that I failed to be specific to the point that I'm wondering about the translation in the scene with Chip and Dale. *sigh* this is what happens when I make threads at midnight ._.) I was just a bit curious as to what the real English translation for that would be, at least the most grammatically correct one. I've tried searching for stuff, but the search parameters just don't cut what I'm trying to find. If anyone could be of any help for this, I'd really appreciate it

		Most annoying Mushroom XIII member

I like how during #4, Sora is basically fighting in a style that matches the music I've never actually played KH2FM, so I couldn't say.

What makes BGM so vital to almost every video game?

Hardly even close to what I was trying to say. There's a difference between the overall sound of the game and the BGM. I understand the point you're making, and I never once said that I didn't like BGM. I was just bringing the topic up.

If you could, would you rather skip Roxas's prologue?

I would only like to skip the "tutorial" parts. It would be nice if there were a "Include Tutorial" option. If you selected no, then all the events would just go by as cutscenes until real stuff came into play.

What makes BGM so vital to almost every video game?

Yeah, that all confirms what I was thinking in the end of things. It does makes sense that though the music isn't 'necessary', it provides an atmosphere for a game that might otherwise feel lifeless. I'd never once question it's appeal, as I might go nuts if games didn't have BGM. I was just curious as to if there might be some sort of logical explanation, and it let me know that I was on a somewhat right track with what I was thinking.

What makes BGM so vital to almost every video game?

I will admit that it is a rather strange question, but one that I've been pondering. Why is it that almost every video game seems to feel a bit void without the use of background music? The same could be argued for movies as well, but I'm not sure it is quite under the same category. I understand the logic behind BGM providing a sort of environment to the game itself, whether you are in a spot of respite or faced with a difficult enemy or challenge; however, it could be noted that BGM isn't necessary for a game. That of course is rather obvious considering it is not the music that allows you to play the game. (Don't even bring up rhythm games. That's not even close to being a part of this sort of thing.) Another thing to note would be the selection of games where music is not even a factor (For example, Minecraft has music that can be played, but it does not really affect anything about the game). To be honest, I'm sorta coming up with things as I go, haha. I'm starting to wonder if games that have a plot or story to follow seem to need it a bit more, while others that are more sandbox-ish can go with out them. Is the music solely for setting a mood to the world around you to possibly replace the emotions you might feel if you were actually in it? Or are they to express the situation, the feelings of another, or some sort of relationship between people? I suppose that's what character themes are about. I'm really not sure, but I'd love to hear any of your thoughts and what you might like to add, as my thoughts are a bit incomplete at the moment.

		KH 2.5 HD Remix Idea

It's a remaster, not a remake. They aren't going to make that big of a change to the game. The only changes they made in KH 1.5 were some mechanics of kh 1 (like the battle menu). Also changing some of the cards in KH Re:Com in terms of certain cards and how you unlock them. I can't think of much else than that (KH Days movie scenes don't really count)

		KH3D Rant

I will agree with you about Kairi. After CoM, she wasn't as special. As for the story, I guess it was a bit rushed, but I still feel the idea of it was necessary, at least in terms of the Mark of Mastery part. The rest of it just seemed like an excuse for Nomura to troll us with some rather confusing plot twists (I'm still a bit lost on the time travel stuff anyways ). One thing I wonder though is that in Re:Coded's secret ending, Yen Sid hints at the possibility to there being more than one Xehanort, yet he seems utterly shocked at the events that unfold in KH3D. What was that about?

Something I might not be the first to notice..

The color schemes do make them look rather similar. The pants pockets and the sleeves seem to be the only real match (Just noticed that Mickey's pockets are more square, meh). Eh, I guess I was pushing things a little

Something I might not be the first to notice..

Is it just me, or does Mickey's outfit look a lot like Sora's KH3D outfit o.o (Ok, I know there are a good deal of differences, but still. Most of it looks really similar o: )

What if Sora had decided to keep his memories in Com?

Actually, they wouldn't have remembered him either. Don't you even remember the beginning of KH2? Kairi can't even remember Sora for the most part (She only remembered him because of what was happening with Roxas.), and the HB gang makes it clear that they "Suddenly remembered them." So, the only people that would remember anything about him would be anyone who's memories weren't erased from Sora (That's why he still remembered Riku and such)
