Depending on what part of the brain the Parkinsons developed, it could have changed the biochemistry of his brain in his Amygdala and other emotional centers that also were affected by depression causing him to make suicide. I don't think it was his conscious decision due to the nature of those illnesses. Robin Williams is not burning in Hell. I don't believe people go to Hell for suicide. Sorry for the long response
