  1. Who wants answers? Questions are the fun part.
  2. The phrase is actually "the distance you fall in your dreams," but anyway it didn't look like it affected your theory too much. I actually had a very similar theory about coded, but in retrospect both ideas (yours and mine) are quite absurd. Reconnect Kingdom Hearts couldn't have been meant to hint towards kh3d because it wasn't in conception at the time the secret ending was made. It actually just meant for us to recconect the plot of Kingdom Hearts and replay the past games. Also your grammar made it really hard to understand.
  3. The Mark of Mastery test is only part of the game. Much like how chasing Master Xehanort was only part of the game in bbs.
  4. I would so thought this was real at first... I did not see that coming.
  5. Looking over the trailer more, I'm 100% positive that they are people. You can even see the cane of a person in green on the right. Don't try to look for this person's cane on youtube. I have not seen one video with quality as high as on the official site (http://www.square-en....jp/kingdom/3d/). Unfortunately there is no pause or frame by frame here but its the highest quality. Edit: Sorta random, but Sora's face on the hp gauge looks extremely weird when you invert the colors. Also, looking at the trailer even even more, I am now positive that there are at least ten people in the courtyard below.
  6. Here are a couple close ups from the trailer. The most obvious three are just to the right of the purple balloon on the upper image, and they are just above the purple balloon on the lower image. There are others but they are harder to see. And once again, its easier to see them on the trailer on the official site.
  7. Maybe my eyes are fooling me, but I am pretty sure I am seeing people there. Its much easier to see in the high quality version on the official site: http://www.square-enix.co.jp/kingdom/3d/
  8. I don't believe this has ever been mentioned before, but in the trailer nine months ago for DDD, residents of Notre Dame's world were watching Sora fall from the courtyard below. Most of the worlds in kh have been pretty lifeless, especially when you go to revisit some worlds. Could this mean that there will be more ncp's in DDD? Discuss.
  9. Not at all, but then again I usually don't.
  10. Many character's stories in kh are tragic and so to compare Ven and Roxas, I just don't feel they have enough in common (at least in how there tragedy is) to compare which one is sadder for any particular reason. I just feel like these two don't deserve to be singled out to discuss your thoughts on them and Aqua's story could almost fit into it. Anyway those are my thoughts.
  11. Remembering when tgs was two months away, two weeks feels especially close! But ya, I've pretty much exhausted every aspect of kingdom hearts that could keep me till then, good thing school is starting.
  12. I'm not 100% about this, but I'm pretty sure that it meant for us to go back and play the previous games, tying together pieces of the puzzle to be able see things clearly.
  13. In a way, Ven (the being of pure light, 'light Ven' for short) was born in the Keyblade Graveyard, same as Vanitas (the being of pure darkness) from the original Ventus. Still, technically, Light Ven wasn't really born until Sora saved him and he was 'born from his sleep' so maybe its more like where your heart comes into existence? Anyways, the keyblade graveyard doesn't really seem like the sort of place someone would be born into...
  14. Quite honestly I have big problems with almost every MF theory, so despite it lacking much proof it was refreshing to hear a different take on him.
  15. Nice painting, but both of those are nobody emblems by the way
  16. Getting lost should be much bigger (for me at least)
  17. When Riku unhooded Xion, he definitely saw her as Sora, but later in the game such as when he saves her and is giving her extra time, he sees her the same way Roxas does (black haired kairi) As for the blindfold issue... (ripped this off of this guys tumbr http://######/) He wore the blindfold to hide the fact that his heart was losing to the darkness. His Ansem form was a bit like an outfit he would put on, or transform into, and so either the blindfold was already covering his eyes or because that wasn't his true body XH's eyes were covering them. And of course in the image above it turns out that he wasn't losing to XH at that time, and this would have been the perfect opportunity to show this but they didn't.
  18. Ya, its all fairly interesting. How Riku's thoughts with venturing to other worlds began with Xehanort and was later realized with him as well. Its been discussed before, but since your new I guess its all right and of course, welcome to kh13!
  19. I can guaranteethe mysterious figure is not a reincarnation of Xemnas and the organization. To say that he has their powers, being flame, ice, wind, time, etc. is entirely baseless because every main playable character can preform flame, ice, wind, time, etc. attacks. Also, concerning the "time" theme, this is way to large of a theme to consider one of the thirteen elements that mf manipulates from the organization. Most of his non-melee attacks are adorned with that symbol you most clearly see when he rewinds time. Also, MF is cannon, but the fight isn't, and is only "possible." In other words, you can take the events of that encounter in a similar way as with the Lingering Spirit.
  20. Isn't it the other way around?
  21. In Coded we were introduced to a new aspect of existence being the "mind". Because data can't make actual hearts and their were no orriginal forms for the heartless to return to in the first place, when Sora defeated the heartless he didn't release any hearts; instead he released their minds which his heartless fed on. These were the "dark intentions of the heartless" that it fed on. Now, of course their is always a possibility of any such thing returning to play a larger role later on, but for now, we got nothing. However, the "mind" actually has been derived from something in the previous games. As it turns out, the mind is the reason that Ansem the wise was sent to the realm of darkness of all places after his Kingdom Hearts encoder exploded. This was not just a coincidence. In encoding kingdom hearts, his machine was completely uncapable of encoding the hearts and exploded because it couldn't process/encode/whatever the hearts. What it could manage to do was just what the data world inside of journal managed to truly encompass. In the journal the mind was completely calculable and renderable for Sora's heartless to feed on. The minds his heartless fed on were the dark intentions of the heartless. Might we now say that the mind that managed to play a role in the explosion was the mind of Kingdom Hearts? After the Keyblade war, Kingdom Hearts literaly fled the realm of light into the realm of darkness. This intention was released in the explosion of the kh encoder. This is yet another example of the an active will of Kingdom Hearts which we might see in the future. And then what about everyone else's mind... When talking about how Xehanort the aprentice turned into XH and Xemnas nomura mentioned them functioning on two seperate minds. This brings in a whole new aspect to the minds thats maybe a little more literal than what we explored before, but this proves multiple things: splitting into new beings you can acquire new minds, minds are what we literally function under, and in that how they strived for different goals while being the same beings. So this means that in other situations where they split into different beings they might have acquired a new mind. For example, Terra's lingering will or Roxas. Terra's lingering will makes me think of how a mind is made. Terra's mind continued to exist within Terra, but his thoughts and feelings/emotions created a new and unchanging continuum of Terra's intentions (mind) at that moment. This gives me the impression that the mind is based off of those things just like in the real world we live in. With Roxas, having nothing to begin with, he had no mind or intentions and just did what everyone told him to, and now where is his mind now. Later on with more memories he grew a greater awareness developing his own mind. Data Sora, or realy any of the data inhabitants, could be said to have an identical mind as their original person. Thinking about the minds, it really came full circle when I realized that minds are just minds. Like what we are functioning under right now. Nothing truly enlightening. Getting around the circle not many new things jumped out either, but it seemed so much easier thinking about how these people deviate from their original persons when talking about their mind as if it was one of the three components that make up a living being. Anyways, what are your thoughts on it?
  22. (you didn't get at all defensive... I feel so disarmed (but that cool of you to keep your cool )) When kh1 was first release, I'm sure that a lot people were offended that square enix was working with Disney, or rather, Disney Interactive. For such a high class company such as square to be drug down to the level of mediocre games that Disney was making was probably a lot of what offended them. As it turned out it turned out, the situation was more like Square making a high quality game with little influence from the more mediocre side of Disney that more often surfaces now. Sure Phineas and Ferb is a good show, but compared to the high quality classic disney that kh has been associating itself with up to the present PaF just doesn't hold up to the quality of materials that would make a kh game a great game as what Square would shoot for.
  23. I don't just disagree with this, I am offended by it. I mean, how such an awful idea ever enter your mind let alone it the computer and the post button being clicked. Its a bit weird to be talking about how much more "class" kingdom hearts has, but it has an infinite amount more than Phineas and Ferb. A little harsh, yes, but honest.
  24. You seem to be serious about what Roxas is... I am truly concerned. I doubt he won't return. Secret boss, fanservice, and the fact Vanitas could easily be the key to what has to complicate how Ven gets his heart back. I suggest you use google.
  25. I feel the need to reiterate that that is Hollow Bastion/ Radiant Garden and it is familiar to Sora because of Kairi's memories, and the only thing that the context of bbs changes is the fact that the HB in the slide show is from before BbS. Maybe even before the keyblade war, but definitely before Kairi was born.
