How canon is this scene? If you remember from Birth by Sleep, there were many scenes that were in the early trailers that were either removed, like the scene in Destiny islands of sora and riku swordfighting. For all we know, this was an early thought. Plus, some things just don't add up. Let's wait before we make any judgements on it

Probably in Kingdom Hearts III. It is assumed that Terra's body is under Xehanort's control and that thus, in order for there to Be a KHIII, Terra could not be freed from Xehanorts control too early

Its possible, but highly unlikely in regards to the attaching to the LS. The LS was formed from his will that merged with his Armor. His armor cannot feel and thus it would be a horrible host for a heart since it could not be a body

Technically, if they are new to the series, then they would be even more confused. What they should do to follow the series is go through Birth by Sleep (or the Final Mix, depending on whether they can speak Japanese or not), then Kingdom Hearts I, then Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories, then Days, then Kingdom Hearts II, then Re: Coded and, when it comes out, Dream, Drop, Distance Also, and this is related to the question posed, if SE does release a collection it will probably only be a re-release of Kingdom Hearts I, Re: Chain of Memories, and Kingdom Hearts II, though I would not be opposed to seeing a collection that contains each game for a single station, like the PS3, but not the XBox 360

I think that there might be a slight possibility of Square Enix announcing Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep vol. 2 since they would need a new game to keep people mollified until they finish versus XIII so that they can then get started on Kingdom Hearts III The only information we have on Birth by Sleep vol. 2 were the end scenes from previous games. However, considering Square Enix's timeframe on Versus XIII, there is a good chance that they will make another game

But there is a problem with that theory. One, Ven's heart is still within Sora's, thus Sora would have had to lose part of his heart in order for Ven to awaken.

In the Gathering secret ending to Kingdom Hearts II, we see the three keyblades held by the three heroes of light, the Kingdom Key, the Way to the Dawn, and the Kingdom Key D. Can someone explain to me exactly why these keyblades were taken by Terra, Ventus, and Aqua respectively and not in some other order?

I would have to estimate about 4 or five discs. Think about how many discs they had to do for music and extend that to include worlds, bosses, character designs, etc.

So let me get this straight. Square cut out a lot of things from the english versions, and yet they didn't cut out the

i like the idea, I really do, but the problem is that it would take up a lot of memory. It is the same problem that would be encountered in the Pokemon series, if they did all the games on 1 disc. It's just too much for a single device to do

I would not want to see Atlantica, because the controls are way too hard, as evidenced in both KH1 and 2, though Chain of Memories got away with it. I would not want to see Halloween Town, simply because that was a dumb movie to include in the first place, too freaky. I would want to see Agrabah again, but this time, just the city and the ruins, like in days. Also, I want to see a newer version of Wonderland and Radiant Garden castle. That would be sick and awesome.

The secret episode always brings tears to my eyes at how awesome the music is

Alright, its time for an intervention. Riku was the intended owner of the keyblade. that is how it was supposed to be. However, he allowed darkness to enter his heart and thus he lost the keyblade. But he was always the one for whom the keyblade was meant. In Hallow Bastion, at that exact moment, his heart was stronger than Sora's once he revealed that he was the intended recipient. IT WAS AT THAT MOMENT THAT THE KEYBLADE BECAME HIS!!! When he was confronted in the Grand Hall, Sora's strength of heart was powerful enough to confuse Riku and thus for Sora to regain the upper hand that he had lost

For those who say get away from the attack, that really doesn't work because the range is incredible, though it explodes shortly after being sent out
