    I lost 2 more pounds, not eating for a week was worth it and I got my strenght back for eating a bunch of fruits and veggies.

    Yeah, your best bet is to eat until you have an appetite again. Not in one sitting of course. You've gotta know when enough is enough as well. Once you've gained your appetite back, try what Shana said before with lesser calorie intake. Pay attention to Nutrition labels. Also get plenty of rest and exercise. It's healthy all around in terms of how energized you can be from it. It's helpful to our daily lives, but being a lazy ass, I dun do it much myself. ^^'
