  1. I do. It is a tree and it has Christmas stuff around it. No but srsly... It looks very tacky IMO because it is fairly big in the small room, and its filled with tinsel, ball balls, tree chocalates, ornaments, two sets of lights one of which plays Christmas music (Why on Earth you would want to have it on is beyond me, but they do). And it is surrounded by mountains of wrapped up presents.
  2. Only the coolest people go on to Google and search "Let It Snow"
  3. Te snow falls in the opposite direction of where your mouse is pointing. Like omg and stuff

    Jesus... Is... Is that you?
  5. Haters gon hate. The forum I was on before this one had the same problem. Give anyone so much as a locked thread and your "friends" call you a nazi mod etc... But I found it was mostly the people who do it on purpose that take "offence" to it. I mean, its only the internet at the end of the day...
  6. I hate you, and everyone else for that matter. =)
  7. ^ You see, sarcasm. I buy stuff from Asian sellers too sometimes. But my point was, I would not trust it =)
  8. "Seller's Country: Hong Kong" can always be translated as "do not trust this website, ever!" Also, look at the feedback. Its a mixed bag of about 70 % good reviews to like 30% rubbish ones. So there is a chance they will let you down, with that in addition to what you said in the OP, I would say no.
  9. Happy Skrillex EP release date everyone!
  10. Well yeah, because otherwise if you only push it once, you still just get one massive paragraph. Even an actual book is structured with line breaks. And never has multiple characters speaking in the same line, much less the same paragraph Regardless, it is nice to see people appreciated the post. And even more so to see someone actually picked up something from it!
  11. MW2 has a tactical nuke that kills everyone and ends the game. And also MW2 had danger close which allowed bigger explosive damage, thus making the killstreaks more powerful than they already were. Also, not sure if this happens in MW3 because I didn't play much of it, but in MW2 the killstreaks counted toward other killstreaks. That said though, MW3 doesn't even require killstreaks, you can get I think 12 kills over the course of a game and be awarded a stealth bomber lol so I do see where you are coming from. Personally I think they are as incredibly annoying in each, all things considered =D
  12. This accursed stove has burnt thy finger!
  13. Seen so many great plot ideas in this section that even have good spelling and grammar. But there is a problem I am seeing a lot, and that is in the formatting, and pace of the stories. I am not the greatest writer ever, and heck this thread will probably help me out once or twice too but I hope at least one person learns from it. Now, the first step toward writing a good fan fic is to break it into paragraphs. A big wall of text is downright scary, and will send viewers packing before they read anything! So, when should you start a new paragraph? Well, that part is up to you. But the basic rule is to start a new one each time you write about another aspect. My Example entered the room, it was massive and seemed to never end, in the middle stood a strange pod that he had never seen before, it looked like a closed flower that was ready to blossom. See, we have described the room to the reader, so we start a new line "Open!" He shouted, and the petals peeled themselves apart. Another way is to play the scene out as a movie in your head, and each time the "Camera" changes shots, you start a new line. And Remember, paragraphs are divided by not one, but two hits of enter, AKA - FULL LINE BREAK! ^ A wall of text. But separated and spaced it becomes - See, spacing! Now remember the rule, line break is two hits not one. A lot cleaner, no? So remember it is OKAY to have a line break after a short sentence such as "Hi." Said Roxas. Even if you spend an entire paragraph just describing what your character can see, hear, feel etc. The human mind responds better to more clean and organised paragraphs than lots and lots of text. This should also go double for your posts in general, not just in fan fics.
  14. Toat's just added a new chapter to my Fan-Fic!
  15. Chapter Two: New Era, New Heroes, Same Evil The brightly coloured gummi ship hovered above the grassy landing bay by Yen Sid’s Tower, the foliage blowing to and fro from the exhausts that were located on the rear and would propel the ship forward. The hatch lowered and King Mickey stepped out of the ship, which closed and locked itself behind him, almost as if it somehow recognised its owner had left the vicinity. The size of the tower never ceased to impress the king, who would have grown accustomed to it, given the numerous times he had visited over the years. Even the elevator ride that ascended from bottom to top floors and all between, seemed to drag on as the king rode to the top floor, where Master Yen Sid’s study room can be found. Mickey entered the study room, which was surrounded by books on the outer book cases, the middle of the room was largely vacant in comparison, except for the wooden desk, and Master Yen Sid who would spend time philosophising there, after all at his age what more would he need? He was wearing his usual blue garments, a blue wizard robe, topped with a hat of the same shade of blue and adorned by a pattern of golden moons and stars. “Master Yen Sid.” Said Mickey as he bowed to his mentor. “I come to you in a time of confusion.” He continued, explaining the reason for the disturbance. “I foresaw you would arrive here sooner or later, given the current situation of the worlds...” Yen Sid spoke as wise, but caring as always. His voice was gravely and deep, especially in comparison to that of his apprentice. “Yep. But that’s what I can’t quite put my finger on. Why have the worlds not healed yet?” King Mickey asked, as if he had given it a lot of thought, in fact he had thought not much of it, assuming it would be something simple to set right. “Xehanort.” Yen Sid answered him with but one word. Mickey took a step back in disbelief, had he heard his wise tutor correctly? “You see, Mickey. Those who are contaminated by the darkness, once cleansed of it, they still contain a lingering sentiment of the dark powers that once consumed them. And the same ruling is applied to the worlds.” Yen Sid explained to Mickey, clearly he had researched this as far as he could possibly go without tapping into the darkness himself. “So we can cleanse the worlds of the final bit of darkness? And restore them to light?” Mickey asked hopefully, always seeing the positive side of a ruckus. But Yen Sid shook his head in disagreement, his long grey beard swaying. “I am afraid things are not quite that simple. While the sentiment of Xehanort exists, so too will the darkness threatening the balance of the worlds.” He informed. “But how can we destroy his spirit? The keyblades are no more.” Mickey said to his master, while pondering a possible plan. “The keyblade will return, and with it a new master will be chosen, who will as fate dictates, vanquish the final evil from the universe. Doubtless though that Xehanort will be looking at this individual as a new vessel.” Yen Sid explained. And he took out a small crystal ball from the desk drawer. He placed the ball on the desk, and he and Mickey starred into it. Through the transparency stood a young boy, aged about 16. He had dark brown, short and messily gelled hair, with cargo shorts and a lightly colourer T shirt, and was well built physically, though slim and athletic in appearance. “This is the boy that we must find, he is our new key. We must ensure he fights against the darkness that threatens to control him, he must defeat Xehanort once and for all!” Yen sid explained, raising his voice at the end of the sentence. King Mickey nodded, and said “It will be done, master. You can count on me!” Reassuring his master, and he left the room, closing the door behind him after a final bow. Yet he was not completely sure where to begin his search, what was this boy’s name, and where would he start in order to find him? Then he remembered, those born in strong light are the ones chosen by the keyblade, perhaps by following the nearest strong source of light then he would surely by heading in the right direction, he thought. And with this in mind, he once again took off in the gummi ship, and Yen Sid watched the ship sharply vanish into hyperspace. Yen Sid continued looking at the space the ship had disappeared from, as if communicating with some unknown force. He looked back down at the crystal ball, and what was an image of a himself, surrounded by his friends and family. Yen Sid was growing old, there was no doubt about it and he relied on past memories to keep on going forward and creating new ones. He clenched it in his hand, and returned it to the drawer it had came from.
  16. Nope. It is on the list of wants of course but its not quite at the top. There is a few console releases I am more looking forward to, and even then I would sooner have the PS Vita and subsequently WipEout and Uncharted on the handheld front. The problem is that with Dream Drop Distance out next year, once we all finish that and assuming the next game after that will be Kingdom Hearts 3, then that is going to mean another like three years gap.

  18. It looked cute before I knew it was a recolour, and it still looks cute now. But yeah maybe you could have at least said it was a recolour and, like Lady Koko said, have a go at drawing your own stuff, I know I would like to see what you come up with on your own =)

I am British, and therefore I like tea.
  20. Which materials are you opting for? I have seen a few IRL made from wood. On the other hand, some more expensive ones I see on the net are made of metal. Either way you will need resources, paint etc...
