  1. Namine implants new childhood memories in Sora. Sora becomes attached to Namine. Marly "Kidnaps" her, frames it on the Loyal Organization and uses Sora to kill Xemnas and take his place..
  2. I'd say ask about going to family counseling. This sounds serious.
  3. The one time I actually get a Sony console before a price cut... mrrhrrmmrhr. I imported Persona 4 Golden in a Heartbeat. Finished it twice already.
  4. Depends on whether or not any games came out. I usually don't go otherwise unless I'm on the way back from an errand.
  5. It was safe to say that before they made that statement, considering "That Game" is taking forever.
  6. Recoding a game for release on a different platform is much, much harder than it seems. They would be saving time by basing it off the Japanese release and changing the Audio back to English. I'm pretty sure it will be the Final Mix version.
  7. The only person actually old enough to remember anything that's featured in the Past is Toadsworth, and I don't recall anyone mentioning whether or not they remembered anything in the first place.(It's been some 5-6 years since I've even seen the game on a store shelf, let alone owned it.) Also remember that the Bros. don't venture outside of the castle in the Present. There's not exactly a a full frame of reference for who remembers what. The paradox is a stable loop. The brothers always survive to become adults and they're always contacted by their past selves.Alternatively If one goes off the idea that All time travel is actually going into an earlier part of a different World Line (Which actually is a niche theory in Physics IIRC), there isn't any paradox in the first place aside from how identical the World Lines are (and fiction is usually about improbable events anyway.) This Game came out 7 years ago.
  8. It's about time someone acknowledged the actual protagonist of Skyward Sword.
  9. I think it'll pick up again around Jump Festa.
  10. Neither. Can't imagine them getting together with anyone. And their vicious, antipathic personalities preclude any kind of dynamic where one really SUBMITs.
  11. There's a trope for that. http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/DullSurprise It may just be my imagination, but it seems to be getting more common in movies. Or maybe I'm just becoming cynical.
  12. I was thinking they might intersperse scenes from the first 52 days or so in COM and then unlock the rest after finishing that. Realistically, they'll probably just slap them in Theatre mode.
  13. *insert expletive here*, I should have waited to get BBS: FM. I paid 85 Amurrican dollars for that! *facepalm*
  14. Original Nintendo DS. I got it Christmas after launch. I would still have a 64 if my father hadn't sold it and all of the games for it for a game he played for 12 hours and never finished.
  15. I miss baldy. Maybe I'll watch DBZ tomorrow. It's been too long.
  16. If they're part of an unlock condition yes. Otherwise I just use the best looking one. [Don't look at me like that.]
  17. No. I usually buy Sony Consoles at the end of a cycle when they're dirt-cheap. When the successor console is released I'll probably snag one.
  18. My money's on.... maybe. I'm sure they could reacquire the license without too much trouble. I doubt whoever manages ERB's estate would take unintentional infringement personally.
  19. I don't think the character herself is the problem. It's not like she does anything detestable. I have a lot more issue with her implementation into the story. As the essay that some people linked pointed out, Xion was made as a character to motivate Roxas to leave the organization. That is the thing I take the most issue with. It's consistent with the themes of the series, but (to me at least) it wasn't consistent with Roxas's character. Roxas came across as a very introspective and withdrawn person who had no one to really trust and didn't take things at face value. It seemed to me that Roxas would have left primarily because he had an independent epiphany and decided to give Xemnas the proverbial finger, not because he was grief stricken from Saix and Xemnas playing puppy football. I dislike her, but it's because I feel she damaged the appeal of another character I used to like. The other nobodies ( as in the ones that were offed or simply not featured much) getting shafted character development wise was salt in the wound. If she were introduced more organically into the story and wasn't Roxas's primary reason for leaving, I think she would be fine.
  20. Square has always been a bit of a wildcard with their Not Final Fantasy/ Final Fantasy Sequel series, so I refrained from making assumptions.
  21. I'm glad it's the Final Mix Version. I'll be much more excited if and when 2 Final Mix and BBS Final Mix are remade.
  22. So....why would he have significant input on licensed guff made for a series he finished a bit under 17 years ago? He handed them the license ( or maybe it was transferred from another company, Don't know, I'm not a copyright lawyer) NB can screw around with it as they see fit. Toriyama ain't the person you need to ask this question to. Besides, there are much worse things to be horrified about. Like Mario's early Years, or the fact that someone tried to make another E.T. licensed game for the Game Boy Advance.
  23. Not a bad list. I'm disappointed by the absence of "Forze Dell' Oscurita" or "Master, Tell Me The Truth" though. Those songs made the Final Mix Bosses completely worth it.
