    I really don't know what it is made out of but I have seen it in stores in with the novelty foods (in a section with imported stuff like Japanese gummy candy and Japanese sodas). They might sell it at Five Below. I'm pretty sure I've seen it at FYE before. You might be able to find it at an Asian grocery store...
