  1. Well I too know the story revolves around Sora, but I too am a huge Riku fan!! While playing through 3D I would get excited to Drop and play Riku's story:) I would love a game that revolves thourghly around Riku! But I think it would be Awesome if the main title bounced between our new trio Sora, Riku, Kairi! ON that note I would like to have a Kairi game once she is all trained up and kicking some ass too
  2. And I think you should make a living predicting the future. I'm so glad you know the direction that Nomura plans to go with this story? So please tell us how KHIII ends?! Since you have predicted all this...
  3. I'm not denouncing those with no keyblade pose no threat, I'm denouncing the fact that adding more keybladers to this makes it less special, I'm stating the opposite, it will add epic ness and grandeur!!
  4. Flew through Ansem and Xemnas too, as well as Chernabog...Nomura made the fight with the Keybader more difficult to emphasize the specialness of the keyblade not denounce it. A foreshadowing of the epic keyblade battles to come!!!
  5. The only Disney Bosses were Pete and Rinzler and I beat both of them no problem, they were the easiest bosses in the game for me. Now I will tell you who provided a challenge....Young Xehanort, and what was he weilding? A Keyblade. The Organization put up a decent fight too but again what are they against the Keyblade? Its the ultimate weapon in the story and to leave it in just the hands of the good guys than you have no challenge for our heroes. Sorry but when Sora was fighting Roxas in his heart, Roxas seemed to overpower him quite a bit. Yes Sora overcame him but it was a challenge. I dont know how you can say more games will make for a convoluted story line....there have been seven games now and I have had no problem following the story line. And I love Kingdom Hearts so much I would love to see the series go on for a very long time!!! And I also say that witnessing a Keyblade War for Sora and Riku would have the epic feel that Hollow Bastion had in KHII when the world was over run with Heartless and Nobodys alike and you had the people of that world defending it! Can you imagine them taking on Dark Keybladers!!! OMG what is not EPIC about that!!!
  6. No thats the reason Sora failed. He didn't gain the power... he slept through the entire exam
  7. I dont think it deduces the value of the Keyblade at all. The keyblade is such a Mystery there are so many things that could be done with it. I think the fact we have Sora and Riku who were up untill now self taught, has only skimmed the surface. Yes while the Disney Villains were a match for them in the first game, notice now that Riku and Sora are stronger, they have cut through them easier than lets say the fight with Xemnas. Sora and Riku are getting stronger and I think its going to take some dark wielding Keyblade experts to make this Journey harder and more epic. And concidering the amount of Xehanorts they are fighting I for one am glad that they are going to have help! KH series may be walking into a mess but that means more games to clean it up!! So bring on the mess!!! I think throwing more Keyblades into the mix means more epic battles and storys to be told. And it doesnt make the Keyblade anyless special!
  8. I definately agree, like in the items to make the Dream Eaters they have the items listed but not where to find them!
  9. do you have to get A rank on all the Dives? I have completed all of them and not gotten the Dive Wing
  10. How so? It is his light that saved Ven, its his heart that is making these connections. It is his strength that gave him the power to wield the Keyblade. Not the otherway around. You remember without Sora lending his heart to Ven at the begining Ven would have died. Sora is strong all on his own. And the Keyblade chose him for this reason, there is something special about him and his connection to the Keyblade.
  11. No...he stated that main titles will always be a console game. But mostly what he stated is that its time for KH to return to the console. He was questioned as to if there would be a sequel to BBS would it be on the Vita, and he said while the handheld system is great there are no plans to make a sequel to BBS at this time. Basically all these hints and the ending of DDD point towards the next title being KHIII. And while he says hes "too busy" for KH because of Versus, I have a feeling Versus is almost done, as we will see with the announcement to be made on September 1st. But I believe he has begun working on writing and character concepts for KHIII already.
  12. They have begun working on it.....I bet you anything we will start seeing things later this year....ie character designe concepts etc....possibly a trailer ITS COMING!!!
  13. It does, the connection that Ven has with Sora is what gives Sora his strength of Heart which allowed the Keyblade to chose him
  14. But the passing of the Keyblade requires the physical contact with someone elses. Plus when Ven's Heart went to rest in Sora's his Keyblade was shatterd during the fight with Vanitas. So its still Sora is special in that he never had the physical passing of the torch so to speak. The Kingdom Key, which I believe is special....chose Sora for his strength of Heart. Cause remember it was originally supposed to go to Riku... Its the type of Keyblade that makes it special. There are three versions remember. Those of Light and Darkness, are man made versions of Kingdom Hearts. Then there are the Keys that are versions of Kingdom Hearts that chose there masters. Then the X-Blade.
  15. See its the way it chose Sora that makes Sora a special case. For no one passed this on on to him, he was chosen by the Keyblade because of the strength in his heart by the connections he has made, and the ability to connect his heart to others! There is something Nomura hasn't told us about Sora yet and I think that's the exciting Mystery of his Keyblade. Everyone else in the game has One that was passed to them from a Master, with the exception now of Lea.
  16. I actually saw this coming from KHII, I had developed a theory that the members of the Organization XIII were keybladers and released there own hearts as an experiment. I was Wong, but once I saw the Keyblade Graveyard, I was actually excited about the idea of others other than Sora and Riku! I mean think about it, in this world it's the strongest weapon right, so if no one else has one, there is no challenge for Sora and Riku they will just defeat everyone that they come across! Pluse isn't the concept of a Keyblade War exciting to you? I can't wait for the epicness that is to come in the Keyblade war!! I knew at one point Kairi would join the ranks, Lea was a suprise but it makes sense why he wants one, and he does have a strong heart, his wasn't passed down, his strong heart created it. Xion could only use it cause Roxas could. So anyway for me the concept of the X-blade splitting apart creating 7 lights and 13 Darknesses excites me!!! Can't wait to see our crew take them on!!!!
  17. Pure heart, no darknes, and weilds a Keyblade a counter part of Kingdom Hearts and the X-Blade itself....sounds like a pretty powerful combination to me.... And why she has been pretty much usless in previous titles I for one (if I were her) would want to learn how to wield if I was getting kidnapped all the time for my heart!
  18. Not sure I understand what you mean, but to clarify I dont think that was Repliku, I am pretty sure that was Ansem SoD that was pulled from time using Riku's body...
  19. Right but Sora didnt get the new power which was the requirement of passing
  20. Well as "unplanned" as this game was, I think this is Nomuras baby, and as Sora is the main character for this series, if we're going to have a dissapointung moment for Sora, it's going to lead to an Amazing moment. Nomura knows what he wants with this story
  21. The whole point of it was gaining the new power they needed to wake a sleeping heart. And as Sora slept through the entire exam and never realized, I think it's fair that he failed the exam. Riku was able to get the power though so it was fair he passed. I think also Yen Sid did it on pourpose. He understands the rivalry between Sora and Riku and I think he knows if he gave it to Riku, Sora would try that much harder just to be a little better than him and come out stronger! I am happy for Riku who now feels worthy of the Keyblade, and I think where Sora will be at the beging of KHIII will probably shine light on why Nomura had him fail
  22. Huh? First keyblade? I don't get where your going with this....
  23. Not sure if this is already a topic if it is I am sorry! But I was able to determin the Keyblade that Roxas is holding during the opening cinematic to KH3D. He is weilding the Oblivion in the hand that he strikes with and actually looking closer I could see the Oathkeeper in his other hand! I think it would have been cooler if they had given him his own Keyblade but at least now we know
  24. you can do that?
  25. And I cant wait to get home to continue playing it!! ERMAHGURD!!
