Unfortunately, I live in nowhere, nowheresville, so there are no local free places, and I really don't trust most sites that claim to be free counseling sites... they all seem scam-y. But I mean, I'm also at the end of my rope here so I don't really know what else to do at this point. It's been years and I haven't been able to get any help, because I have no money.

Suicide Prevention Lines call the local law enforcement I'd rather not get involved with them. As for free Counseling Sessions, I haven't heard of any... if you could provide a site that tells you where you can find a local place to go for free, I'd appreciate it.
