That is very sweet of you to help your mom with her college paper. If you write that proficiently you should write an essay when you are about to enter college, because you could receive a nice scholarship.

I agree with Ducky's statement about your question. I think if you have enough passion and drive for whatever area of designing you choose that you could become a great game designer. Of course you will have to be self motivated and go to college to do specific coursework, but if it is truly something you love doing I don't think you will have a problem with working hard. So in the end I think the only person who can answer your question, "Should I be a game designer ?", is you.

I will probably be purchasing a PS4 in the next few years. I am hoping that the PS4 will have backwards compatibility with PS3 software, because I never had a chance to own a PS3. I want to be able to play the games that were available on the PS3, but I also obviously want to have the capability to play Kingdom Hearts III. However, I doubt Sony will provide backwards compatibility because it would "hurt" them financially.

I have been keeping up with all of the written material regarding Kingdom Hearts III, but I have not watched any of the videos from the Square Enix conference. There is a lot of incoming news to keep up with, but I am doing my best to stay updated about the latest news on KH3. ^_^

I was really excited to hear that Kingdom Hearts III is in development. I made my sister stop what she was doing on her laptop so we could watch the trailer. We both stared in awe and excitement as we watched the trailer. I don't think she was excited as I was, but she still seemed very pleased by the news. ^_^

I don't know anything about how long it takes for games to be developed, but I do know that art takes time. So, my best guess would be that Kingdom Hearts 3 will be released no earlier than late 2015. Probably just in time for the Christmas season. It could take even longer, but I don't mind waiting. At least it has finally been announced!

I must have watched Beauty and the Beast at least 100 times during my childhood, it was and still is one of my favorite Disney films. I also liked Aladdin a lot as a child. I agree with you though, it almost seems like there is some kind of emotional and meaningful aspect missing from most of the modern Disney animated films. I still watch almost all of the new Disney films released, but I feel like there is nothing like the classics. I have also noticed that the newer Disney films have not put as much effort into their musical scores, which is a little disappointing. I want to here those pieces that provide an emotional impact again. Overall though, I must confess that I am a huge Disney fan even to this day.

Well, I have been home schooled from K-12th grade so I guess you could say I did have classes on Saturday. I mostly started working on Saturdays once I entered high school, because there was a lot of coursework to graduate from my home school. Since I started college I haven't had any classes on Saturday, but I end doing homework on the weekends anyway because of the large amount of work assigned to me.

I am very happy that you posted this video up otherwise I would have not known about it. I am looking forward to hearing the rest of Skillet's new album!

Most of the time I don't remember what I had dreamed about the night before. The only time I remember my dreams are when they are nightmares or they are just bizarre events that would never happen.
