As somebody who's 19 and also had to get used to moving place to place the best thing you can do is make an impact on people. Don't be borring, if you're gonna leave your home town soon go out with a bang! Throw a fat party and get laid! If life is flying by for you that just means you gotta grab it by the balls and go crazy! That being said always be moderate with what you do cause there is such thing as doing to much. Live life and dont be borring man thats all the advice I gotta give.
