All I can read is something about business. He said something about not selling over seas like the Re: 358/2 to other places because he thinks that they don't sell as well as they do in Japan. Seriously, thats all I got. I've been studying for about 7 months >_<

I think he's talking about not adding some additional features or uhm.. DLC?? in a game, and sending it over to different countries or regions like Europe or the States. Kin of like Final Mixes not being here in America.
