Salem smiled again, but it seemed...fake. He gently took the contact and pen back, reading his name as if he didn't already know it. "Makoto...don't be afraid. After all...I am only a child to you. Remember that if you're afraid, you won't unleash your Persona...that will get you killed-- shot in the head by your own self." He said it a bit darkly, but still somehow, concerned. "...Regardless of which...you will see me in the future. I will leave that question to be resolved at another time. I wish the best of you and your companions," He smiled a fake smile, yet again. "And so it begins."The sky faded back to green along with Salem's disappearance. Everyone returned where they were, like nothing had ever happened.

Joshua didn't respond at all to Brooklyn's first statement. He was joking, but Joshua just couldn't take a joke about his only friend here dying. That, and the thought of them crashing was an unwelcomed thought...it seemed everything Brooklyn was saying right now was. He closed his eyes and clenched tightly until Walter awoke. "Like...a bird...?" He asked, inquisitively. It seemed that Joshua wanted to stay by Walter for support, but it was Walter who comforted Joshua more. "...Y-yeah, I guess...but...it's still kind of...scary...."

"Wh-where...are they...?" Joshua asked nervously and anxiously. Anxious to leave, at least. (It's still...not...safe here....)

The green sky faded black, as everyone seemed to be frozen before seemingly dissolving. All but Salem and Makoto. The Dark Hour was frozen to the two, just for now, but all would revert soon. "My apologies. It seems that I'm the late one here. I'm impressed." Salem smiled, gesturing his hand towards him as a contract and pen appeared in his hands. "Your last and first name, please. There is no rush, so feel free to peruse the contract. All it states is that you will be held responsible for any and all actions taken."

Joshua shook his head, wanting to believe Brooklyn's safety assurance, but just...unable to. He still clenched on tightly, but got up nearer to Walter. Sleep was always nice, and an abrupt awakening never was, but it was surely better than a nightmare. "W-Walter...?" Joshua asked quietly. He somewhat lightly shook him, worried of his mental sake even if he was physically mended. Isaac was near enough to Harry so that all the stars would strike them. Reluctantly, Harry seemed to absorb them all, which was simply less of an annoyance to overcome. Isaac took the blow of the energy blast, but strangely, Harry's blade staggered back from Isaac's mere palm. Imminently after, the chimeras witnessed the small attack dealt to their master. Dozens pounced and mauled Harry, piling in moments. Isaac whistled sarcastically, brushing dust off his sleeves and continuing onto Mes again. "Now then," he licked his lips, "Shall I start from your top or bottom?"

(Antcliff...that's a...peculiar misreading) Ancitif's manifestation reverted into its general shadow form. Joshua came out of hiding, even knowing the Dark Ones wouldn't hurt him because of Ancitif, and ran. He'd rather not see even more destruction to what was home. He stopped short though, before coming across Titus and a few others. He froze, pale and silent. (...They're...students. I saw one earlier...but...what if they can sense a Dark One...? They'd...kill me.....)

"N-no...." Joshua looked at Anthea and everything around him. He sat up, but couldn't stand. "No...it isn't safe here...." he plead, practically whimpering already. "I don't want to be here...."

At least someone supports the tiny miniskirts campaign

Noah stared at Robert, peculiarly. He raised an eyebrow with the awkward moments of silence. "...You thanked me. ...I simply...responded." He said it slowly, awkward himself. "Are you certain you're all right?"

Joshua held on tightly and closely to the glider, a bit afraid. He focused either on Walter, or on the floor of the glider, not daring to look up or down. It was just him, Walter, and Brooklyn for now. Surely they'd all be worth trusting...but who'd know? Being comfortable with only Walter and somewhat with Ryonne, he probably wouldn't be with Brooklyn too much anyway, but...it was worrying."I think that makes our scavenger hunt done. With all the implications of other groups, I'd be willing to bet there are only two other groups, for the other two sword pieces. It'll be interesting to see them, and we probably can as soon as we make it to the mountain." Noah stated, looking at Robert and the others. "Welcome." He said soon after, to Robert. "We should get answers there. Let's go," He looked back to Switch and Neena, then looking ahead and strolling on. "Eh, I won't, then." Isaac replied to Harry nonchalantly. As Harry rushed him, Isaac grabbed his arms, twisted him around and brought him to the ground, keeping his foot on him. He took the fire blast to his back easily, looking down at Harry. "Would you prefer if I force myself into her, then?" He laughed, waiting for the stars to come down. They would hurt Harry much more than it would him, and they were both in its vicinity.

Amidst the debris and destruction, Joshua sat. Calmly...sadly. His home was destroyed long before these Dark Ones had come...but it was now utterly decimated. His eyes drifted around, to the buildings that still had parts of them collapsing and crumbling. Giant walls of shadow came near Seth and the others, looming over everything and forming differently sized eyes and teeth throughout itself. They all stared down at the three. "Just two of your lackeys, Seth?" Ancitif asked its fellow Dark One. Joshua, its host, stayed away, but it wouldn't be hurt. Not by another Dark One. "The kingdom must have been far too vulnerable...." It stated, the jaws in a laughing expression. The dozens of eyes all looked to Seth. "I've attained another host body in my time here. Feel free to slay everything else." Ancitif's shadow and eyes spread even further for a few moments. Seth and the others should have heard a bit of agonized grunting and yelping as the shadow retracted, bloodied, with a few dead.

...Orpheus. Only to that boy did Salem even seem to exist. Makoto Yuki...unleashed his persona. Salem merely smiled, awaiting the battle's end.

Joshua nodded to Bronshu, walking up to Walter and Brooklyn, shyly, but clearly wanting to be there with Walter. "...Th-thanks...." he murmured, as usual, to Brooklyn. He stayed near Walter, still unconscious. Joshua set the food he had been carrying on.the glider, sighing with guilt and helplessness. (If I can't fight...can't heal...and can't protect my friend...then what good am I...? Can I even...protect myself?) "Ah...good." Noah said a bit bluntly. He set down Robert, straightening his back. He breathed a bit heavily. He wasn't one to be all too physically capable of much, so it was somewhat struggling to carry Robert, as with anyone. He'd rather not see anyone burn, though. "Burnt anywhere?" Noah asked Robert, knowing that he, himself, was burnt in any case. Not severely, luckily, and it was hidden behind his sleeves. Considering Robert fell unconscious, it was safe to assume he may be hurt. Morgan continued slashing at the weaker of the chimeras, analyzing them all. Many were defeated already, but most of them seemed to spring back to life unless both bestial bodies of a chimera were slain. It seemed if one were alive, the other was too, but if one was dead, it was still all...alive. "How...unnatural. Not of His creation...." Morgan looked at Isaac. He licked his lips once and came closer. Right to Mes.

I personally think Zexion and Luxord looked pretty cool

(The desert group is being attacked by Isaac and a ton of chimeras. Derik, in particular, was just mauled by one, as Yuffie said.)Morgan slashed at another pouncing chimera, in her direction. It staggered back with a whimper, but ignored the blood and prowled around as if not hurt anymore. She covered the sunlight with her hand, seeing Isaac in the distance, merely examining the group as of now. "Hm...." He looked at the entirety of the group as chimeras attacked more, constantly. "A group composition of easy failure, from what I can tell.""That was rather abrupt." Noah remarked, with a sigh, running a bit ahead towards the mountain and away from the flames. He was slightly burnt from using the fires to conceal his presence half the time, but it wasn't any greater than Robert's injuries. He was unconscious, actually. "We don't have time to waste. Care to him later, I'll get him for now." Noah struggled, but lifted Robert on his back and strolled ahead to the others. (...I can hardly believe I'm doing this at all....)"I guess so...." Joshua agreed, staying near Walter while heading to the mountain. He smiled with Ryonne's approval again, then examining everything around him. Plenty of wildlife around. Insects roamed about, birds flew above them, and there were probably snakes and the like somewhere in the area. No one could say for sure where the culprit fled.

The needle of the syringe pierced through Aisling's wounds. She seemed to have a bit less than I, but surely she could feel the slight pain and the draining of blood. Feeling weaker. I moved a bit, but struggled to keep my eyes open, just woken up and with a bit of blood taken. My eyes slowly closed again, as I just stretched and tried sitting up. Just then I noticed where we were.

(...But....) Joshua thought for a moment at Brooklyn's calculations and arrangements. (...Where would I go...?) He questioned himself. Joshua was now comfortable talking to Walter, growing a bit on Ryonne, but was too shy to speak to anyone else— Brooklyn included. (I can't fight...and I don't exactly have anything...well, magic or healing....) He shook his head, getting rid of those thoughts and focusing on Walter and what had happened. Hearing that someone had...shifted as him was unnerving, but...he did his best to ignore that thought as well. "...Do you...know where they went?" He asked Walter quietly, wiping the little bit of blood from his own arms but not bothering with what was on his clothes. He looked to Ryonne as well, mouthing the words: "Thank-you," for coming and healing Walter. He'd say the same to Brooklyn, but, still couldn't work up the nerve to. Noah stood up, brushing his hand over his face and hair from being kicked in the face. "Appreciated," he began, to Neena, but still had his expression of annoyance. "At least for what you did and not said...." He looked back to Blank, following as he avoided the flames, silently taking back the knife he stabbed him with. Then after, he hid with the blazing forest, maneuvering through out of Blank's line of sight. He took as much flammable materials he could from the ground of the forest, coming back to Blank. "I didn't stab your good leg, did I?" He feigned a stab, but then halted it. He brought his knife back to him, but never stopped moving, having dropped all the materials he had on and under Blank. What was under him began to ignite already, and Noah went back in the shadows of the fires. Surprisingly, she and Mes were the only ones to draw weapons, but Morgan looked ahead into the direction of the sun as a man in white walked towards them. As Derik spoke, he was pounced and mauled by a single chimera— one half panther and half-bear. Others swarmed and gathered in all directions of the group. Most chimeras appeared to be of two or more different animals, some of them half-human.

3D, 2D, yet still the same game.I wouldn't see much purpose in having them both. And if to have just 3D, as stated already, wold be inconsistent.

Name: Salem [Pronounced Say-lum] Age: Unknown [Visually a child] Gender: Male Personality: Salem never seems to have a clear personality. Appearing only during a single hour, for a single person, he appears to not have anything to love or to hate of the world. Overall somewhat mysterious, he is also very knowledgeable about the Shadows, Arcanas, Personas, Tartarus and the like, particularly Nyx. What he says may be cryptic, or may be easily comprehensible, but he never gives too much unnecessary information. He is also not the only of his kind, but everything regarding them is known to only them, if at all. Appearance: Salem looks to be a child, around ten. Even so, it's clear he's been through more than that, and mentally, his age is unclear. Despite so, his clothing is that of a school boy, but ragged and worn. His hair is black and his eyes appear to be so as well, with somewhat fair skin. Bio: Unknown. Salem knows much of everything going on around him, such as the Shadows, and appears only during the Dark Hour, seen only by whomever he chooses to sign a contract for entry into the Velvet Room. (Too ripe....) Noah thought. The barriers dropped, and he was about to enter. "Ripe as we are, then, that only makes you closer to rotting." He said, heading inside the 104 building."That, I cannot tell. Nothing against you, I wouldn't dare tell another soul of it. Not yet, anyway." Isaac laughed. "I guess we should get started soon, then. The Sound and the Players will have our hands full."

Joshua still had his baskets of food, looking down, just watching for anything akin to a sword fragment. He came close to Walter, then, almost paralyzed. He froze for a moment, but dropped what he carried and ran to him. "...W-Walter...! What happened!?" He pleaded, not having anything to bandage him with. He came close, blood staining on his hands and clothing already. No one else but the group seemed to be in sight. Who would it have been...? Walter had fainted already, he looked to the rest of the group, trying to hold onto Walter, both bloodstained. "R-Ryonne!" He called first.Noah's eyes widened, being near the front of the group and instantly ducking far down to the ground after Blank appeared. (What...!?) He questioned in his head, unsheathing a dagger and staying close to the ground. As it sprayed bullets straight ahead of itself, Noah stayed down and came behind it, stabbing the knife into its leg.Throughout the desert, there was very seldom any sign of life. And yet, an agonizing animalistic scream pierced the ears of everyone there, coming north. Then a screech from southwest, and another east. More and more screeched and screamed, some silent but dashing in their way, from all directions.

I don't think Russia would ever really hurt Kairi anyway, just probably a bit unnerving at times. Not much to say about it though, I haven't even watched Hetalia in awhile.

Joshua pulled the spike out quickly and painfully, leaving a gaping wound in him. He gave a quick smirk and hit his head so that he looked in the other direction. By then, he vanished, leaving Joshua in the distance, almost caught up.

I'd consider 'brat' an understatement. Regardless, RussiaxKairi is a bit peculiar but I'm not against it. The video is nice as well. Or rather well-done instead of nice because it's actually pretty cruel

Joshua was now nearly silent. He hadn't caught up yet, and still, there he was-- beside Walter and shown on Sylar's screen. His smile widened. "I know all of your secrets." His arm transformed into a spike of carbon graphite, stabbing right through Walter's lower chest. "And everyone else's...."
