Happy of the fact his plan was actually acknowledged, but pressured with the fact that it was actually in motion, Joshua didn't seem to do much but wait now. He was mostly certain it would work-- these creatures had the mindset of animals. At the same time, he was worried, struck with doubt and only hopeful that it would work. Edgar had decided to be the bait. Having people agree to cover him, Joshua looked at him, hopefully as well. "...Uh...don't worry...even if it doesn't work...I- I think I can heal you...." He assured, or at least tried to, nervously stammering and slumping his shoulders down a bit fearfully. He then shook his head to Oliver, "...I don't think so...just...covering Edgar, or helping him...but...you don't have to...."

The jumpscare at the end got me a little, admittedly. Overall not much though, if not just unnerving. Seemed to remind me of the "Playrooms" OST from the game Shadowman— even if I find that actually soothing.

Driving off, Margaret seemed to be heading to a familiar direction. She needed to go somewhere she knew, of course, or it would just take longer to help Aisling and Joshua."I don't know. I'm sure I'll solve it sooner or later...." He sighed, still with a bit of angst from opening the Bibliotheca. He looked down at the creature with condescending pity."Here." Margaret stopped, "I knew I saw them earlier...." She stopped outside Dante's home, having seen their car leave a bit ago. "We'll fix you guys up in here and then leave, they shouldn't be back anytime soon."

This is because of her previous experiences of being, or trying to be the most virtuous human being. When that failed, she decided to take the opposition's course. To commit the worst of sins, continuously and remorselessly, all towards the same goal. History/Bio: Morgan, even as the virtuous, humble soul she once was, had always been inquisitive of the Dark Ones. Because of their relative friendliness, the Holy Ones had been more or less known, studied, questioned. As were the humans with them, of course, but the Dark Ones were never so lenient, making them all the more mysterious. Everything known of them as told by the Holy Ones, but surely they did not tell everything, much less know everything! This drove her to capturing a Dark One amidst none others as witnesses. It spilled little information, but Morgan was able enough to kill it after such interrogation brought her to even more inquisitions of the world that she and none may ever know of. If it had enough orbs of darkness, possibly a few superior Dark Ones of the Malebranche. Name: Joshua Akira Age: 11 Gender: Male Appearance: Personality: Joshua is kind and sincere, compassionate and trusting, innocent-- but fragile. Emotionally fragile. Physically fragile. Even so, he is very sympathetic and very loving despite how easy it is for someone to hurt him. Joshua does his best to keep an optimistic smile when he can, and while plenty of the time he cannot, few seem to be able to tell when he is or when he's smiling with genuine joy. He has innocence. History/Bio: Once again, physically fragile-- emotionally fragile and born into a world already dominated by Dark Ones. For such reasons, he was to be of prime punishment by the Dark Ones. Because it was easy. Because he wouldn't fight back, wouldn't resist...just easy. They were right. It would be. Instead of him resisting, however, he was protected. People he didn't even know protected him, fought for him. Just those last thoughts of them protecting him before the Dark Ones killed those people...eventually it would break him down. His family had been dead long before this, and when they did, Joshua still knew little of the true malice that the Dark Ones gave. Back then was when he gained his first enemy...or...enemies. Humans. So...selfish...avaricious...envious...remorseless just as the Dark Ones may sometime be. It was them, the humans who had broken him. Shortly before the first piece of Excalibur was found, Joshua was...in a way...protected by the Dark Ones again-- by a Dark One. It corrupted him, nearly became him, and with him in his body, the Dark Ones never hurt Joshua's body again. It was the body of a Dark One as well, of Ancitif. Magic: Healing-- Self-explanatory. Weapon: (Optional) Side: Holy Guardian: Ancitif, a Dark One (yes, contradictorily) - Ancitif, unlike most Guardians, does not have a completely physical form, nor was it even condoned to be with Joshua by even him. Ancitif resides from Joshua's shadow, suppressed by his will, but powerful enough to come whenever Joshua is in emotional or physical distress, or when he deems Ancitif's presence acceptable. Even when not manifested, it can whisper into the hearts of nearby humans or Guardians, especially whom it inhabits.... - Abilities: Over time, Ancitif gains in strength to possibly overwhelm the will of the body it inhabits. When manifested, it is a shadow that can spread almost endlessly as far as there is sufficient light to give the darkness form as a shadow, or within a certain distance from the host body. The shadow may sprout eyes and teeth, and is made of carbon graphite. - Manifestation weaknesses: With an overabundance of light, the shadow will dissolve in pain to the Dark One itself for as long as the light lasts. Such light must be incredibly radiant, as mere artificial light will be insufficient. Also, when the body is trapped in complete and utter darkness, there is no light to give the shadow form, and thus, cannot. Lastly, when striking against a material of equal or greater power to carbon graphite, the shadow will clash against it and cannot break or harm it. Name: Dante Enoch Age: ~40 Gender: Male Appearance: Personality: Condescending yet gentle, Dante is an extremely powerful sorcerer of sorts, but is rarely seen fighting. This is due to the fact that whomever usually decides to fight him can be brushed aside easily, whether in battle or not, and because Dante is never one to start a fight of his own volition. He speaks intelligently, in English, of course, but also has a peculiar knowledge of the Enochian language. His style of dressing makes him stand out from everyone else by far, but it is merely shrugged off without any care. Even when threatened or yelled at, Dante is very polite, even to the extent of insulting someone in such manner when he deems fit. History/Bio: Dante's age merely makes him more used to the acts of the Holy and Dark Ones, as he was growing up while not all kingdoms of the Dark Ones were created yet. In fact, he lived as a normal human would for those years until it was finally claimed by them. Dante's life itself, however, has always been rather uneventful, aside from personal dread just from growing older to see other people die. Magic: Elemental Manipulation-- Straightforward. While he cannot currently conjure elements, Dante can control already existing elements. Elemental Alteration-- Can purify or corrupt already existing elements. As an example, if there was a pure body of water, Dante could make it stagnant, poisonous, etc. and vice versa. Of course, anyone could tell whether or not its pure. Be warned that when you travel with a guardian, you, as a human, can only start off with 1 magic power.)

"We'll see where it all takes us." His mind left that of Aisling's alone now, man's stomach growled again. Then, it crackled and gave a slimy acidic sound. Dante brought his hand in front of Hiro, bringing her back from him. A bone stabbed out of his stomach and blood spewed, then another, and even more. His entire ribcage opened and stabbed out of itself, as if an actual cage to bring us in. It wasn't a man corrupted by gluttonous sin. It was Gluttony itself.

Joshua's relief of having his plan to possibly enact with Jaxx's help was immediately decimated-- he hesitantly took the phone, regardless. A life and death situation, who would listen? Even if they did, who would listen to an eleven year old? No one would take a plan seriously when said by him, a childish high-pitched, soft-spoken voice. He did look to Sora though, who was of course, still standing right by him, and didn't need to be called, as well as Edgar who had come to them again. Joshua nervously strummed a few chords on the guitar Jaxx had him hold, trying to figure out how to phrase the plan to everyone.Something then came over him, in memory. A bit more confident in actually saying, he was still certain no one would care, "...The monsters, really are JUST wolves. They're strong, but we can outsmart them, easily. We just need one spot away from all the trees where we can round them up, freeze them to the ground and shoot them down. They'll all come there if there we are, if there's no prey anywhere else."

The ground beneath him burst as Lugeo as unleashed, sticky and gooey as if fresh a fetus from whatever substance he was in for slumber. As it touched the ground, the very essence of fear coursed through it silently and invisibly. What people feared, people showed sadness. Lugeo however, did nothing provocative or of any danger, merely analyzing the three humans before flying off, even as Vox hadn't woken yet. He looked with his own personal sympathy towards the Noise, beaten to pulps by two Players who hadn't even a weapon yet.As Alexander finished the last of Noise with his own controlled, Kasumi at last finished the job for now, breaking the neck of the Noise Alexander had.

Neither of the two spoke a word to Eric for the moment. Alexander glanced to Kasumi, who looked to Eric and smirked, blurring out in a few moments as if from existence. She appeared behind a Noise, breaking its neck for the lack of a weapon currently. Alexander was left beside Eric, also lacking a weapon, but shot the body of a Noise upright, stiffly. He brought the Noise back down and got it to attack the others. Just having their powers now, they had figured them out when they awoke.

"It was never fair. But you didn't care before...only about him, just as the rest. Everyone is used to it...such an abrupt change from modesty to jealousy. Aisling, I am not one to say he is of any more importance than you, but you yourself did not care about yourself. Why do you, now? The only reasoning I can come to is that your care for him has lessened. Is this how you were with your brothers? They're not even with you, anymore." Dante gave a short monologue to Aisling, truthfully harsh, but not maliciously. Where he was, the man's stomach ravenously growled, and Dante looked at Hiro, knowing he didn't finish the pledge, and gesturing for her to wait a moment.

Joshua held Jaxx's guitar, a bit surprised that he told him to hold it, much less listening to his plan. He hesitated a bit, and began looking for everyone without knowing much of their names, "Oh...um, it's actually really simple. I just need a few stronger people...." He mostly pointed to the people who were dealing with the creatures close-up, such as Jaxx himself, Edgar, and Oliver "...to round up all the monsters in one place. Then I need him...." Joshua pointed to Kagi, "Who can just freeze their legs together and to the ground. Then I need Sor-- um her," Joshua referred to Sora. He stopped himself from saying her name as that was a bit weird, but he only really knew her from her job, "Him...and there was another archer around her somewhere to shoot them all down while they're frozen." He pointed to Zero, then referred to Quint, not knowing where he was.

Joshua shook his head, "N-no...I mean--" He noticed his wounds were now completely mended. It didn't take long at all, "I mean, not anymore...I don't...really know how...but...." He shook his head again, trying to get his mind off of thinking about it, for now at least. He looked to both Sora and Jaxx, "I just...think I know how we can 'beat' these...things, I just need everyone to know. ...Can...you help me?"

"I suppose I would not know of whether or not there's anything better to do than care for you and Hiro...." Dante spoke, with a sigh and a smirk, "After all, this is the first I recall being of witness towards you caring about yourself. I had been doing so for you. Even YOU had always put Joshua first." His voice lowered, softer and more sincere. "Do you, Aisling...care about Joshua any LESS than you did before?"

Joshua chuckled lightheartedly at Jaxx's remark, standing up with his help, but not really talking to him as he knew so few people— even if none of then knew him. He stood somewhat near Sora, killing the creatures from a distance. That was when he started examining the creatures themselves. "...They're just like...wild animals...." he pointed out, obviously. He had a plan, but needed everyone to know. Joshua, knowing he couldn't even be loud enough for anyone else to hear him, went to Sora. "...Do you...um...think you can tell everyone something for me...?"

I'd like to be a recurring NPC that says really weird and creepy things but never actually hurts the characters. In every town.
