    Best one you can get is a MacBook Pro, but you could also get a regular pc and install a Linux OS for a better experience, just make sure the pc is a japanese brand witn intel precessor, japanese pc have better manufacturin and intel processors last longer and do not heat as much as others, but yeah if you have the budget get a MacBook
