one of the big reasons i have yet to finish a lot of rpgs is because for some reason i get really under-leveled. any tips on how to get around that or a good way to grind?

    Dave replied

It depends on the RPG. Generally, if you want to grind, it's a good idea to seek out areas with tougher enemies who will give out more EXP, but also aren't super likely to kill you too easily.

    Shulk replied

Do you battle most of the enemies that you come across? That helps to keep your level up usually. I used to run from most random encounters, so I know that one from experience. xD

    Sorual replied

@dave thats a good idea. sadly, where i am in the gae, i dont have open access to the world map.

@Akame lol. i know how you feel. this isnt a random encounter gae tho. its final fantasy type 0 HD which is action orriented and the only random encounters you have are in the world map (which again, i dont have access to at this point in the game) but luckuly if you abort missions you keep experience so maybe that will work xD

    thx guys :)

    happy b-day reggie fils-aime! :D

  6. Sorual posted a status update

any tips on quick leveling in type 0? im severly underlevelled.

  7. Sorual posted a status update

if you dont want a major plot point of final fantasy type 0 spoiled, then dont look at page 3 of it's manual (the thing you are are to read for instructions about the game) -_-

    Shulk replied

@Bit. I'd read the manuals if most games even had them anymore.

    Elrandir replied

    I miss the manuals.

    I'm with Shulkame here.

to be ohnest, i feel type 0 HD would have been better n the vita. the visuals really dont seem like they needed ps4 hardware to run and it lookes like it could have been made for the vita without taking anything away from the visuals, plus it was originally a psp game. the sequel system to the psp is the vita so i think it would be better at home. but i can understand why its on the ps4. vita's aismal sales and all :/ still, multiplatform would be cool. xD those er my thoughts anyway

    Silent replied

Exactly what i was thinking. Hell i would of bought a vita just to play it.

    Sorual replied
xD glad im not the only one who thinks that way

do dissidia 012 final fantasy mods work with dissidia final fantasy?

  12. Sorual posted a status update

well, i wanna play all final fantasy games from I - X. might take a while xD illget started when i get final fantasy anniversary edition for psp :)

  13. Sorual posted a status update

What's the difference between final fantasy x - x2 hd between versions? Why does the vita and PS3 version cost 20 dollars and the ps4 version is not only not out yet, but is gonna cost 50?

    Sorual replied

Lol. Does the game at least look better on ps4

    Kid Ryan replied

Nope the PS4 version is a straight port. Square-Enix just wants more money.

That and some people who now own a PS4, never owned a PS3 or Vita before (they were Xbox 360 owners).

    Sorual replied

    seems legit xD

  14. Sorual posted a status update

    Best final fantasy?

    Shulk replied

    VI all the way.

    Sorual replied

it seems u guys are in agreement xD i need to get back into the series. ive only ever played disk 1 of VII and i already love the series for it.

anyone have any FFXV demo codes they are willig to give? i REALLY want one but cant justify buying an entire 60 dollar game i wouldent buy otherwise just for a demo. :/

    Sorual replied

i talked with gamestop on the phone and they said that they still have day 1 editions. i wish the game costed less. :/

    Tails replied

Oh wow they still have them? Wow that's kinda cool lol. I figured that they stopped selling them once th day after the launch of the game arrived. But still, how do you plan to get the demo alone without buying FF Type-0 HD?

    Sorual replied

i dont plan on getting alone. i dont wanna pay 30 bucks for just the demo on ebay. im just hoping that someone who bought type 0 didnt care about the demo code too much and is willing to give it to me. probly not gonna happen tho xD oh well. lol

  17. Sorual posted a status update

whats the story of final fantasy XV? the characters look meh to me but im hoping the story is good and that im wrong about the characters. can someone who has played the demo give me an idea of what the game is storywise?

    Shana09 replied

Ignis is the smart guy, but has this sassiness with him.

Gladios(?) is pretty charismatic, so I like him.

Noctis is someone I still need to get used to. His voice sounds way too raspy and deep.

    Sorual replied
xD alright. Thx for the description. I think I have a better idea of them now.
    Shana09 replied

    I forgot to add somethings.

Ignis is the adviser, basically the helper (which is why he is so smart).

Gladiolus is the bodyguard which is why he acts super tough.

Prompto is the childhood friend of Noctis, which is why he is all friendly and apparently influenced Noctis a bit.

Noctis is the type of guy who is strong but because he has to be apparently.

ive heardv people are pre ordering type-0 just for the FFXV demo. i hope its worth it for u guys. enjoy the demo! :)

    Aru Akise replied

Square be the smart ones, using the Demo to attract more buyers for Type-0

    Sorual replied

lol. i wonder if there are people who arent even touching type 0 and only playing the ffxv demo xD

    Aru Akise replied

    I'm sure there are.

i like cocacola. i heard that they make kosher for passover cocacola that uses actual sugar rather than high fructose corn syrup and that it tastes better because of it. so i got some. i see a miniscule difference but i guess its still healthier xD

  20. Sorual posted a status update

happy 20th anniversary, chrono trigger! ^_^ man. i rly need to play you sometime xD

    Shulk replied

I've honestly only played it on PlayStation, but I've heard the DS version is really good. The only problem is that the translation was changed, which sounds like it affected one character in a way that messed up his speech patterns. Aside from that, it sounds like the best way to go.

    Sorual replied

    alright! :D thx

    Shulk replied

    No problem!
