  1. Of course KH2 would be excluded from the HD collection. square already makes you pay for original games twice when they make the final mix and Re: versions, so why not make the player pay for KH2 3 times when it comes out in HD by itself. It's really not a big deal, I don't even own a pS3 anymore. I just think it's hilarious how many times we end up paying for the same game for just a few extras. I mean really, if you're going to releas an HD "collection" why not include all the SD games. I dunno, ask the guys who put together the Metal Gear Solid and Silent Hill HD collections.
  2. they're just creatures that feed on the Nightmare DEs. they can only exist in sleeping worlds and really aren't all that important lol. just another pointless plot device.
  3. he probably cried. they seem to do a lot of that.
  4. I found it was the opposite. BBS had a wicked beginning and end but the rest of it was dirt. I had a lot of problems with DDD but I found the story and gameplay way more interesting. I'd rather have read a poorly written letter from Square explaining the events of BBS without actually playing the game.
  5. I think people just become really, really angry when they play those worlds. The devs gave you Ursula in DDD so count your blessings.
  6. At the beginning of the game Yen Sid tells Sora and Riku to forget what they know about the Keyblade and start with a "clean slate." So yeah, I mean I guess you could say that they were supposed to start off weaker because they were being tested, although this is really just a plot point so Game Developers can justify starting your levelling and abilities from scratch. In regards to fighting Xemnas, maybe it's because Sora's dream self is just a kid. He was older in the physical world. Or maybe he just has IBS.
  7. It was my understanding that the "Real Organization XIII" was comprised of a bunch of Xehanorts from different time periods and a couple of the old organization members who'd had part of Xehanort's heart already implanted into them (i.e. Braig and Isa). as for the disappearing I think it just had something to do with the dangers of leaving your own time. for example if YMX stayed out of his time for too long then Old Master Xehanort may cease to exist, or at least exist differently. It was also implied that Ansem, seeker of darkness and Xemnas were pulled from the near past to attend the meeting, which would mean they'd still have to go back to their times and be defeated by Sora to allow Xehanort to re-exist in the first place. The story is ridiculous the that's the best I can do lol.
  8. I think it's highly possible that you might start the game playing as Young Xehanort before he leaves Destiny Islands. In 3D they mention that YMX will lose his memories of the events happening once he returns to his own timeline. I thought that was a weird thing to add to the story unless it was going to be extremely relevant in the next game. Maybe that's why? The worst thing that could happen is they abandon all the story up to now, since someone had said 3D was supposed to be the last game in the Xehanort Arc, even though he's clearly still alive at the end of it.
  9. yeah that's the jist of it. Paul St. Peter has a wicked voice and I think hearing him read passages from 50 Shades would be hilarious.
  10. I know this thread is old but I thought I'd add that in the past they've only done FMs for the larger chapters of the series. I didn't play Days or Coded so I don't know if this is for fact, but it seems like 3D was the first "major" chapter in the series to be released via Nintendo. 3D was huge for the Xehanort arc so I don't think a FM is totally out of the question. It's just a matter of whether or not Square has enough extra material to make a release.
