It kinda bothers me that there's this idea that homosexuality isn't kid friendly. :|a I'm not particularly a Sora/Riku shipper, but I don't see what makes it any more skeevy than het.

I wish there were more Kairi/Riku fanworks. It seems to get so much hate from the het and slash sides of the fanbase, and that makes me sad.

That's possible, but you'd think Master Xehanort would prefer a more youthful appearance, when the whole reason he sought a new vessel was because his real body was aging. :|a

They're not even beta, really. They're alpha, if anything. That said, what's wrong with cartoony? KH is a Disney RPG, and KH1 is extremely cartoony. All the games are on some level, and I think that suits Kingdom Hearts quite well. Too many games try to create realistic imagery, which is a shame because I personally prefer colorful, cartoony styles.

Oh, and I mean the licensing is weird. Love the movie itself!

I think it's because BLT is... weird. It's technically not produced by Disney and only licensed by them.

I fear that Kairi will once again get sidelined despite the end of KH3D. I worry that if she does appear, she won't have enough screentime with characters besides Sora. I know he's the main character, but I want to see Kairi grow beyond one particular bond. I'm also warry that they will canonize a certain ship. Personally, I think this is a bad idea as the fandom already has enough shipping wars as it is. Birth by Sleep was fantastic in that it focused on friendships without needing to throw in tons of shipteasing the way that KH2 did. Subtle hints are cool, but I will be bummed if there's actual kissing going on. This is probably a very unpopular opinion. Other than that... I really hope they find a way to tie up all the loose ends in a way that makes sense. I also fear that Riku Replica may not get even the slightest acknowledgement, which frustrates me because everyone else seems to be on the list to save but him.EDIT: Man, I feel like the writers have forgotten how important she is to Riku, really. She's a close friend to him as well, and he went to ridiculous lengths to save her in KH1, even if they were ultimately bad moves.

I think we need to know more about Terra's current condition. The fact that Master Xehanort revived as baldy kind of confused me, as you'd think he would reappear as Terranort. So, the question then becomes, where is Terra? I assume he's one of the thirteen, but it's hard to say.I'm also of the mind that Kairi needs to do more in this game. Frankly, I want to see her interact with characters besides Sora. Why not have her bounce off of Disney characters? I'd love to see her interact with Lea, and her friendship with Riku has never been touched upon as much it should have, IMO. We only see tiny traces of it on her end, with Riku's dedication to her in KH1 being the most developed aspect of their bond.

Man, Kingdom Hearts is a Disney RPG, so I'm happy to see them back in action! I just hope that Riku will be playable, too, and that Kairi and Lea will have some sort of role after the end of KH3D.

I like the lion cub, but I hope it evolves into something super cool. A flaming mane would be awesome. Also, when the heck are we getting an actual tiger Pokémon?

Got some new chapters for Fragmented Truths. Chapter 38: At Wit's End In this chapter, Riku uncovers a mysterious note that leads to a grueling battle against a familiar face. Chapter 39: Breaking Point Next, the Riku Replica grapples with Xemnas' orders while XIII delivers heartbreaking news. Meanwhile, Naminé and Axel have a heart to heart. Chapter 40: Oblivion's Call It's the beginning of the end as Riku and friends depart for the final battle. Chapter 41: Powerless Meanwhile, Sora faces off against Xemnas. But is he strong enough to succeed? I don't have any more chapters from the first fic to post as forum text yet, but I'll try and format stuff soon. It's just really time consuming. In other news, I have revised the beginning to Fragmented Truth's first chapter to make it a bit more engaging. Enjoy!

I knew it was coming because I'd spoiled myself, but it still took me by surprise when I first found out. Confused me, even, because it felt like such a last-minute twist.It doesn't bother me as much now, though I do think the chakrams suit him better simply because they're more unique.

So, in addition to writing monster-length fic, I also dabble in drawing and animation. The latter is actually part of my curriculum. I figured it might be fun to share some of my works, starting with Animation... was my first pen and paper animation, done of a clouded leopard cub. It was animated on threes and is one of my simpler assignments. This is a more recent animation done during my winter quarter class. It plays with the motion of free falling objects and was animated on twos. This took about three hundred individual drawings! More recently, I created this cut-out piece, which utilizes a multi-plane. Fun fact: the bird was made from sticky notes. More Animations... For Music... I have a dilemma. Up until this point, I've just been posting links to fic chapters due to the sheer length of my works. Do you think it would be better to post every chapter on the forums from the beginning or just start posting the new stuff in replies? I know it's a pain to go offsite, so I wanna make my stuff more accessible. :|a

I would very much like to see some of the BBS characters return to the Disney worlds they once visited. It has the potential for some really charming moments. The trouble is, we may not see the BBS trio restored until the end of KH3. It's really hard to say.I'm sure Aqua will be fairly easy to save, at any rate.

It's fun writing manipulative KH villains. Especially from the POV of the one being manipulated. :}
