You need to also looks at roxas' diary and look at all reports before its unlocked. When you are in the xmb menu to select a Kingdom Hearts title, there should be something named special. Click on it and select the wallpaper. It will then install to your Playstation 3.

Yeah, but replacing the models would also have them have to upscale to HD (so people won't be like "WHY ISN'T IT HD, I HATE THIS ALREADY"). And making the game from a nintendo DS to Playstation format would be like remaking the while game. They already made Kingdom Hearts Final Mix because of the lost assets. So they decided to make conematics because it was "faster". Some scenes are actually using japanese lip sync but its not that noticeable.

I had so many memories with this game. When I played it again I was like "I'll play for a little, its probably not funas it used to be for me anyways". And when I started playing.... "OMG this is so cool, I can't believe I havn't played this game for so long". Then I noticed the time Lol So I turned it off an plan to play it again a few hours from now. It could* happen but highly improbable. Not many people have good memory cards because of how expensive it is. Also put of all the collections, (as far as I know) Jak and Daxter is the only one ported and I don't think it was planned because it wasn't announced, only leaked.

New Kingdom Hearts game for vita I don't see it happening. But porting Kingdom Hearts to psvita is possible but most likely won't happen.
