I'd imagine they may do but they would more likely explore the KH exclusive worlds as they seem to be more relevant for the driving force to the plot and what they need to accomplish (Castle Oblivion for Ven for example)

Added graphical fidelity are probably a given for KH3.

A random Nintendo Direct most likely. The big stuff will be at E3 2015 with a release date for late 2015 I'm guessing.

It's on the PC and an MMO, it doesn't need an HD remix. Chi is no where near enough an interesting game anyway.

Type-0 will come out before FF15 and KH3 most likely as Type 0 is just a remaster whereas KH3 and FF15 are full fledged new games.

My friends reaction was the best, I asked him if he wanted to borrow KH2 and he said "No I don't want anyone to see me playing that"
