yeah there is a huge sense of community on that game.

This happens a lot in ff xiv. not all the stories are told but many players who have passed or any of that kind of thing get remembered.

honestly i love final fantasy games i don't necessarily hate any of them. 6 began what i believe was the golden age of rpgs. But american audiences got lazy and they changed the winning formula. I wish the days of the turn based story driven jrpg would return.

9 for sure 9 is the most under rated in the series.

the whole plot and theme of the game is the power of friendship. Terra, aqua and ven find purpose through their friendship and sora gains strength from his friends to accomplish his task of defeating ansem, xemnas, and eventually xehanort. Without those segments of character building and the friendship growing the themes that they put into these games would be useless. So essentially it doesn't necessarily move the plot forward but it is key to kingdom hearts as a whole.

i'm going to play them in chronological order. Started with terra on proud mode.

have you tried XIV: a realm reborn? It's the roots of a final fantasy game only an MMO and honestly it feels like a return. I personally am glad 15 is taking it's time so that they can make the best possible game that they can make with a great story and awesome gameplay. Hype at least for me for 15 has never been higher.

i'm just saying if you seriously think square can survive without making money from Final Fantasy then you are sadly mistaken. KH is nice a few of their other titles (chrono trigger) did well but without FF square is dead. Square being dead=No KH that's all i'm saying is that a break from ff would kill the company.

square does what they do best and that's turn based rpgs. It's their series that everyone knows them for if they quit making it they would be bankrupt and unable to make KH games.

you are in the minority here. Final fantasy has had it's ups and downs but that doesn't mean it should just stop. FFXIV: a realm reborn is incredible and they are making a change with the battle system on 15. What more do you want? Let me guess your opinion is based on 13?

if there was no FF there never would have been a Kingdom Hearts in the first place KH can not exist without FF.
