Any time. The same rules apply for any fruit you want to add to the smoothie. If you want a thinner smoothie, leave out the banana and add fresh fruit. It'll make it more like a fruit drink. And thank you, I've missed being on here a lot. Were'd Ruby go?

[media=''] [/media] Well, what kind os smoothie would you like to make. Mostly I just eye ball the ingredients. I don't really do a lot of measuring. And how much needs to be made too. Typically I start with a milk base and cut up half a banana. If I'm making a smoothie for one person and they want strawberry, I'll add a handful of good sized frozen strawberries and maybe throw in a few peach slices. I add.........half a cup of sugar. I think. Its been a few months since I last made one. Then I blend it all together until you don't have any more big chunks.

Sure! If you want to make a smoothie blender with real 3D graphics for free, Blender is the way to go. JK Its an object builder for video games. I'm already a pro at making smoothies actually.
