Wow this is looking good. You see game industry, this is how you build hype. Make a good product, only show it when you're confident about it, only show trailers months before release, not years (looking at you KH3 ), and show both gameplay and cutscenes. And don't market season passes more than the actual game.

Wow, this is getting a little meta.

It's just how the game industry is these days. People, both companies and fans, are constantly building hype for everything. And if you build something up high, it's gonna fall eventually. I'm not mad. I've learned from past experiences and now I never expect to see anything. If there is something new, that's great. With 7 billion people on this earth, someone's going to get the news before me and post it somewhere. Until then, I'm not bothered.

Hey pretty good! Also, you used "whilst" in a proper context, so you've peaked my interest.

I remember the short, but it's not really in the same style as the rest of KH. I'd like to see what a world based on this would look like, but there's no way something like it would be in KH3. Maybe when this saga is over, we get to see some of the more interesting shorts in KH.

DLC is fine, at least it can be when it's done well. I personally really enjoyed Skyrim's Dragonborn DLC; it gave you an entire island to explore, some new questlines, new enemies, and a new game mechanic. Or Fallout 3 and New Vegas's DLC, which added new stories, areas, characters, etc. Oh and Dark Souls 2, where the DLC added areas that were significantly better than the main game. Let's face it, with the way the game industry (and especially Square) is now, there will be some form of extra content, locked behind a pay wall. All we can do is hope it's good DLC or a well-implemented Final Mix. And not small cosmetic upgrades that you can unlock with microtransactions.
