Why ISN'T he so important? He's the (in my opinion, which may or may not be biased because he is my favorite Organization XIII member) smartest of the bunch. I believe he is not necessarily more intelligent than Vexen but definitely smarter. A better tactician in that he thinks things through. Not only that but he was also taught by both Vexen and Ansem the Wise directly as seen in BBS. He noticed in 3D some new piece of possible important info, that we still don't know thanks to Leas interruption. And with those smarts he probably would have noticed Axel and Saix's plans to climb the ranks of the OrganizationHe was able to command Lexeaus for cryin' out loud. And if it weren't for Riku's apt for darkness he would've beaten just about anyone, I think.Or maybe they just wanted to climb the ranks since he's 6 and Axel and Saix are 7 and 8. Maybe because he's not "strong" but he was the most difficult adversary for them given his abilityIenzo/Zexion is important because he is a badass!!! And the this...
