Funimation & Crunchyroll Form Distribution Partnership
Thank god, Funimation's subs were awful, typesetting wise. On the other hand though, this may become more of a monopoly for the american anime industry. Companies like Daisuki and Sentai Filmworks will definitely have less of a presence because of this. Don't particularly care either way, since I end up downloading my anime anyways.

Just subscribed to funimation
Here are my recommendations. These are only ordered alphabetically, but give all of these at least 1 episode. Casshern Sins - It's set in a post-apocalyptic world, where robots have taken over, but something called "the ruin" is slowly decaying the robots. It's not very action packed, although there are plenty action scenes in it. It focuses more on the world and the way the sentient robots react to their inevitable death. It's an episodic anime, but there is a overarching plot that resolves at the end. I preferred the sub. Cowboy Bebop - Mankind has taken to space, and space has become something like the New Age Wild West. The main cast are a group of bounty hunters, and follow their adventures. It's an episodic anime, but has an overarching plot for the main character that resolves at the end. This one is probably the most needed to watch. It pioneered a lot of different things in anime that are still present today, and one of the first anime to hit the mainstream U.S. market. Very influential, but don't set too high of an expectation for it. I preferred the dub. Ping Pong the Animation - It follows a bunch of people who play ping pong. The art style may be off-putting, but it's worth watching. The animation is top notch, along with the characters. I preferred the sub. Psycho-Pass (Don't watch if you're unable to handle gore) - It's set in a society that is controlled by a measurement called a "Psycho-Pass" which shows your state of mind. Depending on your Psycho-Pass, it will decide your job, your living situation, your every day life. And it can even get you under arrest, to preemptively stop a crime that may occur from you. The main character hunts down people with a low Psycho-Pass. I preferred the sub. Steins;Gate - A group of eccentric people find out a way to time travel. It may start slow to some, but it pays off. I preferred the sub. Trigun - This one is also like a Space Age Wild West, but it looks more traditionally western than Cowboy Bebop, as it's set mostly on a desert planet. The main character is an outlaw with a huge bounty on his head, but has a history that weighs heavily on him. So much so, that he refuses to kill, and very rarely uses his gun. I preferred the dub. Code Geass, Evangelion, Panty and Stocking are also good shows, but Code Geass does not have all episodes on their website as far as I'm aware. Evangelion does not have the main series on it. Panty and Stocking is very vulgar, and I don't know if it'll be to your tastes.

Will there ever be a re zero english dubbed?
It depends on who buys the rights for U.S. distribution. If it's Funimation, it should've either had a broadcast dub, or will have one announced a few weeks after it ends in Japan. For example, Danganropa 3 and Tale of Zetstiria the X are licensed by Funimation, so they have broadcast dubs, since they are fairly popular. I don't see Re:Zero on Funimation's website, so I'm assuming they don't have the rights to it. You might have to wait for someone else to pick it up, like Sentai. In some unfortunate circumstance, it may never be bought, and may never get a dub.

Super Smash Bros. Stages that you really dislike (Not including Ω Stages)
First one that comes to mind is Pac-Land. Visually displeasing, auto scroller, hazards that make themselves unclear if they are a hazard or just a part of the background. Overall, not fun. Would've taken the Pac-Man stage from the 3DS version than this masterpiece made on MSPaint. Planet Zebes: Brinstar's Depths is also pretty bad. It rotates around, making characters with poor recoveries screwed, and because of the janky platforms depending on where it stops, it's hard to keep your footing and attack your opponent at the same time. Battlefield from Melee just makes me salty because of the ledges. Don't really mind any other stage from what I remember.

Your anime list thread
my list is in my signature, but here it is if you have signatures turned off. To help add a bit more substance to my post, I'll compare my list to everyone else's. We have 4 shared anime, with Steins;Gate being the same rating. I rated F/SN:UBW lower than you, with 7 for season 1 and 8 for season 2. Haven't watched Owari no Seraph yet, but it's a low priority right now. We share 7 anime, with most of them being TWGOK. I seem to have regularly lower scores than every else. I did enjoy TWGOK, but I felt like I didn't get much out of it besides some chuckles and trying to decide the objectively best girl. It's Shiori, by the way.Haven't finished FMA or FMA:B, will get around to watching more some day. Ao no Exorcist was one of my first anime, but looking back, I don't remember much about it, or care much about what went down. Might pick up the new season if it has positive reception. Rare to see someone else watch Gosick. It's a fine anime, but it dragged a bit too long, and got me confused around the time the black guy came in, though that's just subjective.

Kyouma-Blade's status update
The character models for 0.2/3 look so strange to me. Some of them are not necessarily bad, just strange looking.

Anime review: ERASED
I liked the review. It gave relevant points that was reasoned with and explored, with clear segments I like that you didn't use a number scoring system, though really you could just translate your scale into 3/5 for people who focus on scoring instead of the points made. It can't be helped. I overall agree with this review. Keep making these, it's cool seeing other people's opinions on things, because it can help gain another perspective.

Phantom World
Disclaimer: I have not finished this anime. I watched the first 5 episodes and stopped.I don't plan on finishing this anime anytime soon. The negative feedback is an accumulation of multiple things. The hype that surrounded the show before it aired, the fact that KyoAni animated this, and the overall dislike towards ecchi shows.I don't know if you were around for the pre-hype to this show, but it was pretty big. There was a lot of talk about how KyoAni is God, the source material is good, and how all these cool people are working on this anime. The hype let people down, naturally, as that's inherent in every hyped thing. Also doesn't help it's not that great.Focusing more on KyoAni, many people were excited that they were coming out with another anime. They have an impressive lineup, as you may know. Lucky Star, K-On, and Hibike Euphonium to name a few. They were excited for the eye-catching visuals and the possibility for fight scenes from KyoAni, which are few and far between, last anime I remember with that is Kyoukai no Kanata. They got that at least, but they were also expecting a good story. Anime like Chunnibyou had included anime original characters to keep the anime interesting and have new character interactions, which are usually the focus in KyoAni's anime. I can't say anything about the story, obviously, but their character interactions were boring, along with their personalities. Maybe they evolve later, I don't know. But, I don't see how they'd be able to 7 more episodes after 5 episodes of nothing. You also have the opposite side of the spectrum, people who don't even like KyoAni in the first place. Be it them propagating moeshit or just going against the hype. They come out of the woodworks with a way louder voice than people who are content with the anime, which may explain why you seem alone in your stance. All I got out of these 5 episodes was that this anime is an ecchi show with shoddy foreshadowing that doesn't seem to go anywhere. I admit the characters look really nice (Reina a best), but the art and animation can only carry it so far. There was no substance, but acted like there was or will be, and as far as I'm aware, the only coherent plot kicks in the last two episodes, which is far too late.As for my own opinion, it's just another ecchi show. Kyoto Animation has done a fantastic job once again with its animation and art, but just lacks in everything else. Again, take it with a grain of salt, since I haven't finished it. Nothing has really made me want to anyways.

The Miitomo QR code topic
Can you actually? I thought you could only copy their Mii onto your copy of Miitomo. I'll see if it works. Edit: Yeah, it looks like you can't add people through this way, only get their Mii. Hope they add this feature in.
