  1. - Henry - Henry's eyes shot open as he was sitting in a meditation position in his bed as came to, his hands shaking. "Another one..." He commented dryly with a sigh, his meditations would usualy resort in peaceful rest and recuperation, but sometimes they tapped into his memories, except it were only the bad ones, and he was stuck in them until they were over. "Power..." He commented. "Power should never be considered the true measure of anything." Undine commented within his mind. Since he and the spirits were all linked spiritualy, they could see his memories, but the ones before he had acquired them were unnacessible, but when he meditated their link would strenghten, one of the primary motives he would do such an act. Whenever he had a memory, they'd see it too. "Besides, what you lack in raw power, you have in skill." Salamander followed up Undine's comment. Clearly trying to reassure and comfort him. "I know...best not to think about it." He finished as he then heard the sound of music, drawing his attention outside. grabbing his things, putting on his usual clothing and walking out of his room, alongside most that did so, and seeing the note left for them. "A dragon? we haven't seen one in a while!" Sylph commented, appearing beside him. "True, lets go see her at the Cafeteria and check it out" He commented as he headed off to see Uzume about the job. It didn't take very long for him to arrive, the past week was mostly spent sparring, doing some collecting bounties for a bit of extra coin and walking around. "Morning" He spoke, announcing his presence and greeting everyone who had arrived there. The spirits appeared to greet them all as well, Sylph was just waving her arms around, Undine did a small wave with her hand, Salamander waved normaly, and Gnome hid behind Henry's legs, head head poking out. "Hey Ceres." Henry greeted her as well as she arrived. "Take it you've slept well?" He asked, trying to strike up conversation while waiting for Uzume. - Hektor - "Ah, good morning everyone!" Hektor greeted all those in the Cafeteria. "Hello there, Kolm, Galla." Hektor greeted them as he passed by, with a small bow. Nodding towards Henry and Ceres as he approached Rhiannon. "Hello, Rhiannon." Hektor greeted her warmly. As he proceeded to order a cup of tea as he waited too. "Must say, a dragon seems like an ambitious quest! I for one have only seen one my entire life." Hektor commented, his tone genuine
  2. When you were planning on some Wholesome as hell interactions in the Aquafolk party with the other characters but most of them went back to the Haven.
  3. - Henry - Aquafolk village - Henry smiled as the chief accepted his drink offer, as they quickly moved to grab the drinks, following the chieftain as they approached the distributor, Salamander grabbing a drink and floating off did catch a glance from him, Salamander was an extreme drinker...and lightweight, she would be drunk in seconds, and that could prove troublesome, but that was something he'd deal with later if it became a problem. Henry accepted the drink and held it in his hands as the Chieftain began to speak once more. Explaining what the Aquafolk were about to do and that there was no help necessary from the Haven, thanking him for his desire to help them. "My home was ravaged by war and chaos, despair and death everywhere you could go. Helping others was about the only thing I could do to make things seem less bleak. You don't need a reason to help people, if they are in trouble I will come to their aid." Henry spoke about his desire to help them in a short sentence, clearly and to the point. Quickly toasting to the aquafolk chieftain in turn, before downing the entire drink in one mouthful, carefuly placing the now empty glass onto the table. "Another one please", he called to the side as he looked back at the chieftain, Henry's face was unmoved by the strong alcohol, albeit he enjoyed the taste. It was clear he was a heavy, and strong drinker. "I'l let you know, I am pretty avid drinker." He commented with a smirk. - Hektor - Cafeteria - "I fully intended to provide you all with the finest tea possible, Reksis. But I have no excuse. that much is right..." Hektor nonchalantly, and sarcasticaly went along with Reksis's comment as he chuckled, no hard feelings from the comment. Hektor's posture would shift a bit as Rhiannon asked him what his world was like...a question none too easy to answer for the gentleman, whose current world was a perpetualy frozen in time void with nothing to do but wander the time warped wastelands until a higher call descended upon him. But he smiled slightly as he reminisced about his actual homeworld, the place he was born and raised. "My home world...it was a wonderful place!" Hektor spoke with a genuine smile, "My world was quite an...adventurous place. It had its fair share of wars, and other unpleasantries, but it was mostly at peace when I was alive, it had monsters, plenty of them, most deadly and hostile to life. But there also the adventurers who would take care of them, trained by the 'Adventurous School for emerging Heroes'. And I kid you not, that was the name of the academy." Hektor went on a mini ramble about how his world worked, somewhat, clear emotion in his voice as he loved his world and origin. "I was born in a higher class family, taught the way of the gentlemen and...well...the cane fighting." He spoke, tapping his cane lightly on the ground as he did so, "However unlike my higher class peers I often mingled alongside those of varied classes, becoming friends with a variety of individuals, all of which with their good and bad qualities. It didn't really take long for me to enroll in the academy, with an honest desire to help the world become a better place, being the second of my bloodline to ever consider adventuring and becoming a hero for their career, instead of managing the family wealth." Hektor spoke a bit more about himself, all with a bitersweet tone in his voice. Before his expression turned a bit sad for a second, before reverting to a neutral one. "Not all peace lasts though, but that is a story for another time. How was your world Rhiannon? I am very much interested in your story." Hektor quickly changed the subject, asking Rhiannon about her origin.
  4. Convenient for you to mention ultimate Ferria. I have been thinking about Henry's and Hektor's for a bit. Mostly how Henry's ultimate will change the longer the RP progresses, possibly changing itself entirely. Hektor will either get more control over the times stop for PVE. Or he will have other variations of his signature move.
  5. - Henry - To the ashes - Everyone's reaction to Henry's proposal of sacrifice did not help the poor man's feelings, part of him wanted to listen to them...not give his entire exitence away, but he would be dead regardless, and he'd be damned if any of them didn't have their sacrifices returned, even if this meant of him being gone...from...well...everything, not a trace left. And truthfuly, as the source spoke, as everyone's sacrifices were being returned, many hugged him, Elia and Helios especially, Aura tried to, ending up punching his arm, Soren bellowed his dismay, Jynn, Rhea and Eclaire all expressed their shock and feelings of his sacrifice, hell. Even Nergal expressed his sentiments. However Henry still had a few lasting seconds, maybe even a minute of tangibility and well...existence, allowing him to hug Elia, Aura and Helios in a big group hug, in a warm, yet fading hug. As he released them from the hug he looked at each of them, with a warm and honest smile as he began to address them. "I am sorry Elia, but I feel as If I must do this, for you...and everyone, in a sense...I guess my life finaly has meaning..." Henry spoke as he extended his hand to her, before wiping her tears with his hand "Don't cry Elia, smile, your smile is infectious." He comforted her , ruffling her hair he then pulled a necklace he had worn for years between his armor and clothing, a small pendant with a faint white crystal, which reflected any light that came upon it in the middle. Placing it around Elia's head, Henry simply nodded warmly to her. As he then looked at Aura, who also displayed her displeasure. "I am sorry Aura, I wish I had words of comfort...but I don't." Henry spoke, placing a hand on her shoulder, if one paid attention the hand of which he placed his hand was slowly cracking and...vanishing in an ever engulfing blue hue. "Here..." Henry spoke as he reached for his longsword with his other hand, his Longsword intact from the time travel, without having had Odin shatter it again. "Its for you...as a memento." Henry spoke, with a smile. Helios...probably one of hardest ones to say goodbye to out of them all, Henry walked over to him, placing his hand on his head and hair much like what he did with Elia. "I guess I just can't help myself with sacrifices...huh?" He half heartedly joked, as more and more of his body began to drift away, at this time most of his hand. "But I am the one who should be thanking you Helios, you've taught me...to hope again, I've learned that there is always more than meets the eye with you, that one should never give up...Thank you." Henry had nothing more to give as gifts to others, all he could really do...was hug him, with the warmest hug he could ever muster to give someone, he gave it to Helios. Before releasing him, and addressing a few others. "Soren...for as little time we knew of each other, it has been an honor, may your endeavors prove succesful in the future..." Henry spoke with the demon, before turning to Everyth. "This is not easy for me to say, you may slap me if you wish. But I hope you can forgive me one day, and...Everyth..." Henry spoke, grabbing her shoulder with his still remaining hand. "Live, don't throw your life away." Was all Henry could really tell her as he turned to Rabyiu and Nodded, same for Thane and the others. Smacking Jynn softly in the shoulder with a smile, as a gesture of friendliness and to honor the man. Henry would go and tell each one individualy his goodbye, but he had pretty much ran out of time, as he felt himself vanishing now, the process of vanishing was spreading much quicker now, engulfing most of his chest and shoulder already. As he walked in front of them all, turning to them. "Goodbye, everyone." Henry spoke, as he closed his eyes...and allowed himself to be erased. He felt at peace now, the weight of his power and body, gone. But it was bittersweet, as he did not know what would truly happen to him. Regardless, he willingly gave himself. As he disappeared along with the source. - Alicia, Typhon, Mikhail and Alastor - They were all silent, they did not know Henry enough to give their input, albeit most were saddened. Alicia stood beside Jynn, unknowing of Alastor having walked behind her, having regained his memories and...well...love for his daughter, he hesitantly extended his hand to touch her shoulder from behind, but hesitated too much at the end, and ended up turning around and walking, out of shame...and out of respect for her, coming back into her life now? it would only cause problems. Even if she somewhat knew who he was, it was best to limit contact. Alicia had regained her grimoire, as he looked at Jynn's despair at Henry's death, she could not do much other than keep at his side. But as she saw him despairing from his disappearance, she stepped up behind him, holding him from behind. "You did as any son would do...to learn of his mother's sudden death, and being faced with insurmountable responsability, it's not your fault..." Alicia held him for as long as needed, before the prince would be ready to get himself up. Mikhail was just lost, completely and utterly lost, he did not know much of what was happening, or why he was even there in the first place, he was more annoyed about the possibility of not being paid, albeit Henry's sacrifice did prompt a few nods of respect from him. Typhon was...more angered than sad, albeit Henry was an odd one, even if he hated the feys and what they did, he had to admit, some of them were not bad, even if his heart came back. Henry's death would cause a shift in Typhon's priorities for hate and well...snarkiness, the feys in front of him were not evil, nor were they truly good either, but he guessed he could respect them...except for one. Odin. A feeling Alastor shared, albeit killing Odin now was a bad idea, he needed to get him by surprise if he wanted to bring Raiden back, somehow...maybe the Djninni's lamp would prove useful? "Aura" Alastor spoke as he approached her, "Does the Djinni's lamp still work?" he asked her.
  6. - Henry - Information gatherer - Aquafolk party - "I know it all too well." Henry replied solemnly, with a matching expression as the Aqua folk chief commented about slaying people you knew, something Henry had to do before back in his world, not a good memory, but it is what it is and he is the man he is now because of said memories. Henry's face was quiet and serious as the chief explained what has been happening, two villages of the Aquafolk had fallen to the undead menace already, only furthering the undeads advance by bolstering their numbers, family and friends reanimated for devilish deeds was wrong. it was unethical and an insult to anything that is...well...alive or dead. He thought about things, only to listen in more as the Chief explained of the other villages. "That explains why they weren't Aquafolk or human...they were from different...that just entices my curiosity further, I've had experience with necromancers in the past, they're clever at worst and pure blown war tacticians at best. Whoever or whatever is the cause of this clearly has a gameplan. And that is most likely: Seek out and turn powerful individuals lead attacks into weak cities, and bolster their numbers with new kills." Henry commented, more like speculated to the Aquafolk chieftain. "Just the fact that today we faced off against a turned Fitzjerome and Yilwach means that this threat has grown exponentialy already." Henry finished before sighing. Still with a serious expression. "But there is nothing I or any of us can do for now...unless I can investigate one of the destroyed villages directly, but I am restricted by The Haven." Henry explained with a apologetic tone. "But I will relay this information to the others at The Haven, at least now I know what we're up against...and I just got into The Haven a few hours ago...hell of an introduction...already facing off against a necromantic threat...then again I guess its better than fighting ancient dragons." Henry commented with a slightly joking tone, albeit he did not give the impression that what he was saying was a lie of any sort, far from it. "But...lets not trouble ourselves for now, might I invite you to a drink?" Henry asked the Aquafolk Chief. Maybe even to a friendly alcohol drinking competition? Salamander was expressing mixed feelings as the Aquafolk in charge of the drinks began speaking of them. All of them sounded delicious, but not very strong, regardless a good drink's what she needed, she simply grinned back at the Aquafolk after he asked her her age. letting out a small laugh, "Hah, I am over eight hundred years old, don't you worry!" Salamander exclaimed. Fetch me the strongest one you got! Meanwhile Sylph waa already with a stolen bottle of liquor in her hand, barely able to lift the thing as she flew ever so lower because of its weight, Gnome grabbed it out of her hand, and proceeded to take a sip as well. And offered it back to Sylph, who turned the entire bottle over her fairy size body. Undine was just sitting by at a quiet table, enjoying a drink of her own. - Hektor - Ever the gentleman - "Well met Hogarth!, Rhiannon and...a pleasure Uzumeashy" Hektor introduced himself to the new person he had met with a slight bow, having overheard her name as they spoke, taking off his tophat so it would not fall off before putting it back on and resuming his stance. Doing as Hogarth asked, Hektor looked over the chair selection...most were good enough, and he was not one to be too picky, a gentleman from a humble beginning he was! He was not one to be stingy or annoying with tastes. "It seems like apologies are in order, Hogarth, Rhiannon. I promised tea but yet I could not have the luck to find some to taste with all of you. Terribly sorry." Hektor spologized, sincerely, his words were of true heartbreak, a day without tea was not a good day in his books. That and coffee was also a good alternative too. "But nevertheless I shall find a nice cup of tea for all of us to enjoy given time!" Hektor soon rejoiced again. His thick english accent only making his words ever the more comical
  7. - Alastor and Alicia - The End - Alastor looked as things progressed after leaving the time travel process, apparently his mind was sent back in time, enabling them to undo everything that was done without any paradoxes. Clever, still. The others were quick to grab and restrain Odin, who quickly surrendered after listening in to everyone's explanations of what he did, Nergal seemed to do so as well. Alastor still did not buy anything Odin was saying, not for a second, but before he could do much the Source of all life was activated and a omniscient being appeared, or at least their silhouette, as it spoke about the Feys nature and everything they had done. Alastor was silent, not wishing anything, letting the others make the wishes as they all agreed on the same, Alastor figured it'd be best not to wish for anything. Alicia was much the same as Alastor, deciding not to wish for much, staying by Jynn's side as she waited for everyone else's wishes to be done. - Typhon and Mikhail - The End - Typhon, who was now sitting back in a chair made out of rubble of a nearby pillar was just looking at the feys and the humans making their wishes, joined in by Mikhail who was now drinking a healing potion as a beverage as they wathed everything unfold. "I really don't understand you Feys, doubt i'l ever will too." Typhon exclaimed, which caused a chuckle to come from Mikhail. "WHy won't you wish for your people back, Typhon?" Mikhail asked him, which caused Typhon a few seconds of silence. "My people have been dead for years now, I don't know if that would work, and besides...I think its better this way, we feys were in the hundreds, we would give it our all to save millions if we could..." Typhon solemnly spoke, sighing. Deciding to let the feys make their wish. - Henry - The End - As everyone made their wish to the source, and it responding in kind, soon enough turning towards him and contemplating his silence, was he ready for what he was about to wish? not even he knew anymore. So much had happened in so little time, and yet. Everyone had lost so much already. "I..." Henry tried to word his wish, but found himself unable to even think of the words. Nevertheless his wish would most likely shock all others near him. But as he thought, in the end, he smiled, a small chuckle chuckled escaping as he thought about his decision. "I know what I will ask is against everyone else here, but I do not wish for their wish to be ignored, in fact. I wish to make a trade..." Henry offered the source, much to the possible surprise and dismay of his companions. Looking back at each of them with a face of...acceptance? he turned back to the source's apparition. Closed his hands into fists and began to explain his wish. "We have all lost so much, sacrificed a piece of ourselves to save a world that might not even appreciate us, that might not even aknowledge our efforts, we've all given up so much for the world below." Henry began. "I am already a dead man, even should we leave here I will die in a few hours at most. No life force or anything to offer anymore other than...myselfwhat is left of my life...or...my existence if it means...that everyone's sacrifices would be returned to them." "I am not a good man, I've done so many horrible things, I killed dozens of defenseless people...I even killed Ariana, taking away Elia's sister from her, dragged others into their deaths, I do not deserve redemption ,but nevertheless I find myself asking you...no...begging you. Take my lif-no...my essence, all that I am. And return everyone's sacrifices back to them, I fully accept my death. Let me at least do something of good in my last moments...Please." Henry begged the source, his life, so that everyone can be returned what they've lost coming to the final room, his last gift to them all. Henry soon began coughing a lot, blood coming out of his mouth and into his hands as he covered his mouth, it was true, he was dying, this trade would be an all or nothing deal for him. He could die happy knowing that everyone else could leave without their sacrifices. "It is all that I can ask..." Henry spoke, looking directly at the source's apparition. Adamant about his request. As he said it all, he knew the others would find him crazy, some might try to top him, but he had to do this. His death was already certain, but he would give what else he could in his last moments. Strangely...he felt at peace, as he spoke, a weird feeling of relief even. Everyone there deserved to continue their lives, to live and be happy.
  8. - Henry - The Feast - Henry returned the Aquafolk's general's bow with his own, paying back the respect and accepting his apology, "I will tell Pang that." He commented as he looked over the festivities being prepared, a bit saddened that most of his companions would resort to coming back to the Haven instead of taking part in this. "Sylph, Gnome, Undine and Salamander, you're all free to do what you wish in this party." Henry spoke, not to the General, but to his spirits as they appeared behind him, Salamander had a smirk on his face, fist bumping the air, Sylph was ecstatic as well, zooming around Henry. Gnome had the same face and expression as ever, and Undine had the same composed face, with a silent nod she was the first to break off and go do her own thing in the festival, mostly assist in the set up of the festivities and look for something interesting to do. "Alrighty!" Sylph exclaimed as she zoomed off into the festival and out of everyone's sight. "If you need me, just call." Salamander commented as she slowly floated off to the festival, mostly to look for a drink. Which there would obviously be plenty. She approached an Aquafolk, who looked like in charge of the drinks and food. "Hey there...so...what drinks will be served?" she asked him. Gnome simply nodded as well and walked off, she would help out with the preparations with her earth magic if she could, then look for something else to do as well. "Excuse them, we don't get to have celebrations often." Henry spoke, smiling as he looked at the General. "I'd invite you to a drink so we could have a more casual talk, but I see you're busy, so I will cut it straight." Henry exclaimed, sighing as he thought about his question a bit. "You and your people seem to know The Haven's occupants well, I am quite new you see. Have there ever been an attack of this scale here before?" Henry asked him. Direct and to the point, Henry did not want to jump around the subject. If there has been any prior attack of this magnitude before, maybe he could piece something together to get a bigger picture over whats going on, considering Pang exclaimed she was being controlled by something or someone. "I ask this because if I can find a connection between these attacks I can relay the information to the others at The Haven, so we can get to the bottom of this, it can't be normal for a prior haven member to come back as an undead, she must have become a lich because she was previously a powerful mage...but who brought her back." Henry finished, sounding somewhat puzzled as he did so. - Hektor - Lost in The Haven - Hektor continued to walk around, checking every bit of the haven as he possibly could, even if he did look mighty lost, and he was indeed mighty lost, a small robot called him and walked beside him. "Excuse me, sir...Codename: Hektor." The little robot announced, grabbing the gentleman's attention. "I am very sorry...but my name is Hektor, its not my codename." Hektor explained, the robot did a quick beep. "Aknowledged, Codename changed to: Sharp dressed bourgeois." The robot reafirmed. To which Hektor chuckled. "Cheeky." Hektor spoke with a slight smile, "Since you're here, could you point me towards the cafeteria?" Hektor asked. "Oders aknowledged, please head left and continue until the second right, you will find yourself in the cafeteria." It spoke in a monotonous robot voice, that of which was found in most common GPS systems nowadays. Hektor simply nodded and began to follow its directions, the robot turning around and continuing what it was doing.
  9. Undine's made of water, so alcohol would have an incredibly high effect on her. Salamander's a total lightweight, even if she doesn't combust the alcohol. Gnome's size doesn't help with Alcohol ingestion, neither does Sylph. Henry's the only one who can actualy handle his drinks out of them.
  10. You guys will get to experience some very drunk elemental spirits. While Henry has a casual talk to the Aquafolk chief. HAve fun everybody!
  11. With Galla's explanation and Kolm's concern for her, Henry brought a hand to his chin, Sylph mimicked his actions by materializing beside him, also with a hand on her chin, so did Salamander. As Galla explained she had no injuries, she was only tired enough to not be able to walk. In sync, Henry, Salamander and Sylph brought their index fingers up, in a very cartoonish Idea pop up scene, all three smirked as Salamander and Sylph soon vanished. "Well...if you can't walk...then someone's gotta carry you, Im not about to just leave you here alone." Henry spoke casualy as he smirked. Before Galla could really say much to retort or protest, Galla would soon find herself being carried, bridal style by Henry, who effortlessly supported her within his arms. Unaware of the woman's disdain for touch or proximity. Passing by Ceres as she had finished her battle as well, Henry smiled. "Let's go meet the others Ceres, I think there's bound to be a gathering." He commented as he walked towards the Aquafolk village, still carrying Galla. He hoped Kolm had followed them as well. "Hm." Henry thought as he sat Galla down on a free chair by the exterior of the mass gathering of now festive Aquafolk. "You guys can go back to The Haven if you so wish. I need to ask these Aquafolks a few things." Henry spoke, now sounding somewhat serious. He wasted no time walking amongst the Aquafolks in his way to the chief. Upon reaching the man...or aquaman, Henry respectfully nodded his head. "Sorry for my friend's reaction, before." Henry spoke, his voice respectful, but commanding a serious tone. "Would you mind if I asked you some questions?" Henry asked him. ///// Hektor let out a gleeful smile at Rhiannon's acceptance of his offer. "I shall prepare the best tea I can make then!" He exclaimed. Showing the same smile and nodding towards Reksis. As the others began to leave...Hektor was still somewhat puzzled as to how to return to The Haven...did he have to think about it? Imagine? or what? Hektor soon began to vanish, being transported back to The Haven. "It shall take a while before I get used to this." Hektor exclaimed as he soon found himself in The Haven's entrance, wasting no time, he walked off to find the perfect tea drinking spot. If what Hogarth said was true, then his imagination would be his guiding key!.
  12. Ceres and Henry could interact. Im half tempted to have Henry carry Galla back to the Haven considering she can't walk.
  13. - Henry - The broken dreadnought - Time's requiem - When everything was over, unlike the others, who rejoiced in Ahriman's defeat, or simply set off their sights to other things at that moment, even after Zion's healing of everyone, Henry's body would only begin to break down under the immense power again. his body destroying itself from the inside, his heart beating ever faster, almost about to burst, his internal organs failing one by one. He couldn't do much other than just sit and wait for his own death, as internal bleeding set in. He was almost accepting of this fate, he did all he could, and now he paid the price for the power he wielded. A dead stare into the cold abyss in the distance. Until he felt a hand touch his arm, breaking him from his death trance as he looked over to see Elia, begging for his power. With a plan...to go back in time! to stop Odin before he could take the source. Surely with Henry's emergent time controling powers he could help her in any way he could. A dead expression turning into one of determination and righteous fury as he spat the blood that filled his mouth to the side and faced her, struggling onto his feet, grabbing hold of Elia's hand. And gifting her all the time power he could, linking both his power with her own. "I don't have much time, so this is the one shot we have, Elia." Henry spoke to her, facing her and smiling. "I combine my power with yours, lets return...and stomp Odin in." Henry spoke, determined. Even as his organs and body were failing him, pure determination and willpower kept him on his feet, and conciouss enough to share all the necessary power with Elia. He looked over at Alderon, now blind and half crazy. "I told you to not call me that name again..." Henry spoke, more annoyed than anything before he turned to Helios, who offered to take the source. "No, Helios. You have too much to lose, you have to keep Aura safe...but we will save our homes, all of us...we will not allows the worlds to end, we will send Odin back to the pit where he belongs!" He told Helios to keep himself safe, but then doing a semi-rousing speech, the best a dying man could muster under the circumstances. "I refuse to let Odin have his will be done, this world has no place for false gods." (I'l let you do the honors Mystic). - Typhon and Mikhail - Soren's shoulder would feel a hand touch his shoulder, it was Typhon's hand. with his free arm, his other arm holding the paralyzed witcher on top of its shoulder, both of them looked over to see them all. "I don't know what the hell's going on, but we're in." Typhon remarked, as the witcher could only scoff and cock a half assed smile. - Alastor and Alicia - Jynn would feel Alicia's hand grabbing his hand, if possible, as she too would share her power with them in order to undo all that has been done wrong so far. "Time traveling is not easy, nor is it safe. This will be a gamble..." Alicia remarked, with a solemn expression as she looked at Jynn, before turning her gaze to Henry and Elia. "But nevertheless, one we must make." Retorted Alastor who walked into the scene, grabbing hold of a free hand within the crowd, he also shared his divine dragon energy, or what was left of it, in order to make the time travel idea a success, if succesful, they'd be sent back in time, which would give him another chance at saving Raiden. "I will save Raiden even if its the last thing I do. I refuse to let my friend be controled by an eyeless idiot." Alastor finished.
  14. For new powers: Henry: Active power: Respite: Henry focuses his elemental energy and uses it as healing. Each with varying degrees of effects on top of the healing, takes a few seconds and uses a small chunk of his accumulated power. Can be interrupted by the enemy. Fire: Restores a slight percentage of his health (Lets say a 1/4). With the additional effect of speeding up his energy build up. Wind: Restores a slight ammount of health and increases his speed even more. Water: Restores the most health in the shortest time of all of the styles, may also be used to heal others through spirit connection. Earth: instead of a burst heal, it increases his natural defense and adds a stacking regeneration effect for a short time. Dark: Is quicker and Saps the energy of the enemies around him and into him, building up his energy and healing him. Allowing him to unleash more power. For Hektor: Active: Grace: Hektor now has an additional gift ability, in which he bestows himself and his allies with a stacking buff, heightening their physical and magical abilities abilities as well as reducing the costs of their own abilities. Can stack up to three times, but cannot be cast thrice at the same time. Stacks reset the timer on the buff. (4 minutes). After full stacks, each cast of grace only resets the timer. (lets say a 10% physical and magical boost, and a 9% cost/cooldown reduction on abilities per stack.) 15. - Henry - The Elementalist - Aprameia's demise - [Wind Style] "There's no need." Henry replied to Galla as she shouted at him to attack again, Aprameia was already defeated after all they had done, the lightning strike didn't even phase him, only made him summon a sword of wind and put it at Aprameia's throat, with an ice cold stare, Henry stared into Aprameia's eyes. It was clear that Henry would have beheaded her had Pang not intervened, shifting his gazed to the tiger man, Henry nodded. "Alright." He spoke, placing a hand on his shoulders, with sympathetic eyes, no words needed to be exchanged as he simply walked away from the scene. She saw the situation with the others, especialy Ceres, acting quite badass if he had any say in it, however, as tempted as he was to enter the fray and help them, pherhaps it was best to see how they would handle it. Instead he shifted his attention to Galla, the necromancer who was now completely deprived of magic. "Hey, Necro-girl, Galla is it?" Henry asked her, considering the only mention of her name was from Pang just now. Henry extended a hand to her and a smile. "Can you stand? As impressive as your magic is, I hope you didn't over exert yourself" Henry spoke in a caring tone. - Hektor - Ever the gentleman - "I am flattered you think so, Rhiannon" Hektor replied to her comments about their conversation flowing so well. "You are a charming young woman, and an interesting one at that, I quite enjoyed conversing with you as well!" Hektor would then compliment Rhiannon before turning his attentionto Hoggarth's direction as he called to them. "I agree that it is time to come back." Hektor soon followed Rhiannon to Hogarth's location. "You'l see no argument from me, I too wish to return, pherhaps to indulge in the local delicacies of The Haven, as I had not the time to see them firsthand." Hektor commented in his desire to see the food and beverages of The Haven, if he was staying in one place, the place better damn well have delicate cooking and good tea for one. "Might I invite you all to a cup of tea once we're back?" He invited them, Rhiannon and Hogarth, even Reksis inclused.
  16. - Henry - Free faaaaaallliiiiiiing - The Final battle within reality itself - "I still don't understand your delusion, the world doesn't need you, it NEVER did!" Henry shouted back at Ahriman as he monologued for a bit, preparing for another attack, only for his concentration to be broken by the environment begginning to break apart...reality itself was shifting and turning on Ahriman's whim, he was hurt, and now he bended the physical plane to his will. Henry's first instinct was to step away from the cracking floor beneath him as he tried to grab hold of something as the floor beneath his feet gave away before he could make any distance. Disorentedly falling along everyone else, he quickly recomposed himself. This was absolutely insane, how did a former knight was now free falling through existence and reality? Everything started just wanting to free Helios, now he was here in a brawl against a newly born god, and he was dying, then again so was Henry. Seeing everyone's attacks inspired him to do his own, but he could not do much in his state, even if the power was coming back to him for leaving the inhibitor field, he saw a nasty looking dark portal coming towards him, this spelled certain doom if he had been consumed, rolling desperatedly to the side worked wonders mid air as he managed to dodge the portal, but as he recovered he looked forward and was promptly stabbed in the shoulder by one of Ahriman's swords, shouting in pain. Henry didn't have time to think, he needed to act as well. Even if it would be a weak attack. Without pulling out the sword Henry aimed his hand towards Ahriman, aiming as best he could in the circumstances he now found himself in, of course his aim was thrown off by the summoning of another god, this time called Zion, who proceeded to spout a lot of overly symbolic stuff, calling them her champions or something, Henry didn't really care, nor did he pay attention, he needed to get a good shot on Ahriman. An orb of energy began to form on Henry's palm, three distinct spirals of energy feeding the orb coming around his arm as the orb grew in power massively, but not in size. He could not place a hand on his arm due to the sword wound, with the sword still there in his other shoulder disabling movement of much of his left arm, still, his aim was steady and hopefuly true. The atmosphere around Henry would be absorbed into the attack as well, meaning even more power, especially falling through reality, he took a deep breath and fired. The small orb traveled quick, and around it riples of wind pressure and distortions could be seen, signaling its power, flying towards Ahriman like a railcannon, upon arrival in contact or proximity to him, it explode in a massive bright red explosions, not much in the way of intricate design, but it was one very powerful explosion of non elemental magic. It was all he could muster. - Alastor - Freeeeeeeeeeee faaaaaa- Final battle - Alastor was again, not impressed or amused at what Ahriman spoke or did, even the shattering of reality itself was nothing more than tuesday for Alastor, he had faced elder dragons in his youth, those were much bigger treats to fight, still, Ahriman's reality bending was annoying. Alastor willingly let himself fall into the now free-fall himself and everyone else fighting now is. StormQuell and Lightning Lord sheathed themselves onto Alastor's back, as he held zweishock in his hands as he nose dived, dodging the dark portals, deflecting swords and fireballs with zweishock, non chalantly backhanding a flying sword coming at him. He allowed most others to do their attacks as he prepared his, the entrance of Zion was unexpected...but still not really impressive either, apparently the succubus held the power to summon the god of light or some nonsense, he didn't care. Rolling his eyes at the speech and them being called champions. "Divine lightning, heed my call, Draconic essence, heed my order, I summon both of you" Alastor uttered the incantation as his aura would begin to flare again, even more than before, his storm magic as well as his draconic magic mixing with each other even more than before. This was not harmless to Alastor either, since he was not yet ready to wield such massive levels of power in such short time. A runic circle appeared in front of him, with a hole in the middle, which he inserted Zweishock into. The weapon would be the perfect catalyst for his ending attack, as his aura began to increase in power, non stop increase as more runic circles began to appear around him. The fabric of the air around him electrified, and thick draconic essence covered the atmosphere around him. Channeling his aura, with a small grunt of pain into his right hand, it looked almost as if Alastor held a miniature star within his hand, as he would slam it into Zweishock's hilt. "Zeta Indignus" Alastor spoke his attack, as a massive, and I mean a MASSIVELY powerful beam would fire from the magic circle and Zweishock, aimed at Ahriman, the force of ten Indignations all embedded into one powerful one. Multiplying the power almost a hundredfold due to breaking his limitations. After the beam attack would end, the runic circle would still have power, Alastor would punch Zweishock's hilt again, except this time sending out four draconic storm magic orbs all spiraling towards Ahriman, with the intent of: When they surround him, they would link into each other and ignite, exploding in a massive blast of draconic force. - Alicia - FREEE- Final battle - Alicia could not act much, as everyone else did their attacks, reality was bended, then everyone attacked again, all Alicia could really do was maintain Arthynn's empowered state for as long as needed, with all four elements buffing him, his attack would surely hits its mark with extra attributes and powers added. However, after hearing Zion's appearance, she decided to act again, summoning an orb of each element behind her, utilizing her dragonblood awakened state to empower them to extreme levels, one orb of fire, wind, ice, lightning, dark and even light were summoned behind her as he sent them towards Ahriman, the orbs would combine themselves in an all elemental explosion, with the hopes Ahriman would be heavily damaged, or killed, from the attack.
  17. - Henry - A broken man's last stand - Final Battle - It all happened so quick, Ahriman lashing out, Rhea handing him the lamp, only for it to be snatched away before he could do anything, why didn't his time power kick in? why?! was he too tired? he could not begin to imagine why, then the anti magic field came, which shut down a bit of Henry's aura, the thing keeping him on a unstable lifeline as he so desperately clung to life, he had so little left to give...but he would give it his all. The emergence of the field sent Henry to his knees as he stood silent, his mouth began to fill with blood, so did his left eye. A hand on the ground for unsteady support, if it weren't for Aqua's protection, he would have surely been torn apart by the laser barrage, that would had been preferable to the state he now found himself in. Less Aura to maintain him, and the power ever consuming of his body, through shaky body and spirit, he slowly rose up, his mouth closed as to not drip blood, he swallowed it back in, a look of pure contempt on his expression, spitting the leftover blood aside. He slowly moved foward. Looking at Elia entering the fight, he did not know what to think. "E...Elia..." He could only mutter in his dazed state as he soon recollected himself. "I refuse to let a being such as you rule...I will not allow it...this world has no need for gods such as you!" His voice cracked as he would then suddenly speed up, his aura channeling to increase his speed as he would take advantage of Ahriman's distractions during the others's attacks and his now debuffed state. Only after all their attacks had connected or had been avoided would he act. His aura glowing a bright blue, as he would circle Ahriman, attempting to grab him by the waist with both his arms and suplexing him onto the ground below, a suplex powerful enough to crack the floor, if succesful Henry would recover quick enough to turn around and deliver a kick to Ahriman's face which would then send him an even longer distance away, preferably at a pillar. He faced Ahriman with the expression of someone who was ready to die to achieve what he needed, no more needed to be said. If anyone cared enough about him, they could feel his life force...or what was left of it and his soul, waning and flickering away like a light in a storm. His fate was sealed. - Alastor - The Storm Lord - After Henry's move on Ahriman, whether it worked or not, Alastor would follow up on the distracted Ahriman with his lightning speed, turning into lightning as he traveled the distance, Zweishock in hand, his wind sillhouetes now gone due to the field, he jumped into the air as he brought Zweishock down in a stabbing motion, attempting to impale Ahriman, easily avoidable but that was the plan, upon stabbing Zweishock to the ground he grabbed his wind sword, Storm Quell, as he began slashing towards Ahriman, each slice sending a high pressure wind shockwave toward the false god as the last attack he would let go of the sword, sending it aside as he would then extend his hand to grab his lightning sword, Lightning Lord as he would then turn into Lightning again, Zweishock would then glow as well, turning into lightning and directing itself at Alastor as he would travel above Ahriman again, reappearing with both weapons in hand as he would proceed to slam them down at him, a lightning bolt falling from the sky to accompany his attack. Landing or not, the attack would release a strong explosion in its surroundings, both wind and lightning combined, leaving a small crater on Alastor's feet. Upon finishing Alastor only turned to Ahriman, released Lightning Ruler into the wind behind him to float beside him as he held Zweishock in his hands. Silently judging Ahriman's state with pure contempt. (Only Alastor and Henry for now).
  18. Hey Ferria, what did Ceres mean about having a date with destiny?
  19. (Behooooold! Veiny Kefka!) - Alastor and Alicia - True Storm - Alastor stood triumphant as he had extracted Zweishock from Ahriman's body, proving to the god that Raiden still existed, but most importantly proving to himself that his friend still remained, and needed to be released from the hell he was now trapped in. 'This is for you Raiden' Alastor felt the power granted to him by the genie, even more power to the Thunder God, now even more powerful he rose Zweishock up, as wind and lightning crackled and spiralled around him, almost like a hurricane around him as he prepared himself as Zweishock, and his twin swords spiraled that also rose into the air began to glow. As his tatoos glew, and his eyes did the same with even more intensity now. "Paal Pahlok Fent Death" Which roughly translated into 'Foe's arrogance will lead to its death'. Ancient dragon speech served to only empower Alastor further. A storm would form on top of them yet again, to symbolize Alastor's sheer power as he held Zweishock to the heavens. As the storm released a massive bolt of lightning onto the blade as it absorbed the electricty, crackling all the while as it was enhanced by Draconic power. His swords would each be held by a storm silhouette, doing the exact same thing as Alastor. "Come the divine power, from the heavens, conquered by the dragons, hidden from feykind, the power to kill a god, is now in my hands." Alastor chanted as he held the sword back, before taking a step foward and slashing, his sillhouetes doing the same. "Divine Ruination!" As Alastor spoke, a massive wave of divine lightning would come off from his sword, and his silhouettes as well, effectively tripling the spell as they headed towards Ahriman, this power was made for the sole purpose to kill a god or an elder dragon, an attack of such might that it would flat out ignore any of Ahriman's physical, magical or even divine defense, in fact it would do more damage depending on how much defense he had against it. Using his divine physiology against him. But this was not all, the wave was not all of the attack, several orbs of pure lightning, boosted to by divine dragon's power would also be released from behind Alastor and his sillhouettes, equaling roughly into 150 of them in total, all of them homing onto Ahriman, however they did not carry the defense ignoring properties of the waves, they did however, pack all of the explosive divine lightning power Alastor could muster. Alicia walked onto the battle, her hair flaring up in flames and draconic energy as the genie boosted her as well, she, however would not cast an attack, and much rather boost Jynn's attack. "Elementals, I beseech thee, grant The Prince with your grace!" Alicia chanted as Jynn would begin to feel something,. as his body would be empowered by not one, not two, but four elements. Fire, Water, Wind and Earth all circling around him, empowering him with their elements boosted to the extreme, Fire boosting his explosive power, Wind boosting his speed and reactions, Water allowing him to bypass defenses with higher tune with the spiritual plane effectively making his attacks pass through his enemies while doing their damage, and earth massively boosting his strenght, endurance and defense. Alicia would act as a support for the battle, if she must. - Henry - The Newfound Power - To Henry, Alastor's joint attack, while succesful, didn't prove much what he wished it to do, but that might have just been because he scrambled to block the Grapeshot spell Ahriman shot towards his stomach, time slowed down as his reflexes heightened to try and move the hand away, and only partialy managed to do so, half of the entire grapeshot blast obliterated Henry's left stomach, as his barrier did not manage to block it fully, only lessening the already fatal blow. Henry was thrown back, his body limp as it spun mid air from the force as he landed on the ground with a large thud, his sword falling beside him, as he barely managed to raise his torso into a sitting position, holding his massive wound with his hand, regardless of the healing magic being applied to it, it was not enough to heal it fast enough, or stop the bleeding. He was pretty sure this was it, the world seemed to slow down as his surroundings lost all sound. He almost drifted to the eternal sleep...was it not for Eclaire's wish to empower all those who opposed Ahriman he'd have died. In a flash everything came back to how it was, Henry's eyes shot open as all sound came back to him, time returned to its normal speed as he felt a boost in power...was it...new, extra power? or was it that he was now able to use 100% of all of the magic energy absorbed throughout the fight He grunted in pain as his wounds forcefuly mended themselves with his newfound power as his aura turned green to symbolize healing as he slowly rose up, as his aura turned red. As he slolwy rose to look at Ahriman's new form with glowing eyes. "Alright then...lets see what I can do now." Henry spoke as time slowed down to a near crawl, now with his newfound power, it also affected his ability to influence time, somewhat. When the time stop ended he would reappear behind Kefka Ahriman's new form, as he would swing a fist in its direction from high up, a massive aura blast, divided in three projectiles would shoot out of his fist onto Ahriman, forcing him to dodge if he must as the power behind the blast would be rather high, pure energy absorbed from the source and his own aura mixed in behind it, boosting what would seem like a meek aura blast into a devastating triple projectile attack. Should Ahriman dodge said attack Henry would dash down to the ground and quickly launch himself into the air again. Stopping only when at close proximity to Arhiman before he held out his arms wide as energy began to release from his body, causing an extended explosions around him, for around 3 seconds the area around Henry's vicinity would be devastated with constant damaging energy, for a total of four seconds of extended damage should Ahriman not get out of the blast radius or protect himself from it. - Mikhail and Typhon - On the edge of the arena stood the semi-unconciouss witcher, previously paralyzed by Ahriman's attack defending Henry and others, had just now worn off from the paralysis as he rolled to the side, facing the sky as he breathed heavily. "You alright?" A insect-like voice asked him, sitting right beside him. It was Typhon, who sat in a semi-relaxed stance. "Yes...but...are you not going to fight?" Mikhail asked the bug, his voice strained and heavy from his slow recovery. The bug simply waved his hand and shook his head. "Hell no, I don't have magic. What do you think I can do there? tickle an elf?" Typhon commented as Mikhail frowned. "You tickled...and elf?" Mikhail asked, as Typhon sighed "Long story, i'l tell you later, right now, lets enjoy the show." Typhon told him. "What if they lose?" The witcher asked one final question. As Typhon nonchalantly answered him. "I dunno, we die, I guess?" He responded, prompting yet another frown from the old witcher. Edit. Made Henry's attack less ridiculous, I got a bit over the top.
  20. (If you will allow me Feria). [Earth Style] Henry watched Aprameia's reactions to his and Galla's combined efforts, and the results were more than favorable to them as Aprameia no longer had any layers of defense, however the corrupted Nimbus did prove a threat to them. Which let him with two options, either continue focusing and rushing down Aprameia, hoping that should she fall every one of her spells would follow. Or Stop that nimbus before it truly began to cause problems, but the nimbus proved too fast and much too quick at swallowing up its brethren before Henry could dispell and nullify it. And considering Henry had no control over the wheather and the earlier outburst of power destroying the waves did drain a chunk of his power, he'd have to go through the first option. "Necro-girl, she's casting a storm, we don't take her down fast we'l be bombarded by corrupted lightning." Henry commented towards Galla, who now had Kolm assisting her with healing, good. "I'l keep up the pressure, you keep control over the undead and continue attacking as well, now that she's defenseless she can't evade for very long." Henry suggested Galla had just summoned two skeletons to assist him in his attacks, one at range with a bow and arrow. Special note was given to the sephiroth wanderer looking one with a giant katana, named a washing pole to those well versed in the stuff. Henry would smirk and nod to it, "Follow my lead" he spoke as he tapped his hand on its shoulder, Henry's eyes flashing a purple color for a second before returning to bright green, in truth Henry had infused it with some of his own dark power, considering both necromancy and darkness were in essence alike, the energy channel would work splendidly as the washing pole wielding skeleton would receive a major power boost when Henry decided to activate the energy given to it, it was all done very quickly, unoticeable by most. Hoping Galla had provided them with enough intelligence to comprehend words and orders as his aura changed once again. Changing back to his wind style. [Wind Style] As his aura changed, Henry wasted absolutely no time forming a spiral of wind on his feet as he launched towards Aprameia, now with no longer any barrier, Henry began with a series of mid air slices with a windblade, sending out slashing shockwaves of with strong pressure wind force at Aprameia, baiting her to dodge, because if she did so, he would shoot a burst of wind from his feet mid air to correct his direction, following her wherever she would go. And when he arrived at her? he would let out another small burst on his feet, a wind step if you will and flip over her, smiling as his eye began to glow bright purple for half a second again, allowing the Washing pole skeleton to have the power infused into it activated, the skeleton would seemingly combust into purple flames, but the flames were not fire in nature, nor did they hurt its skin, it was just a signal that it was empowered by Henry's dark energy, this would cause it to have a massive boost in its attributes, most notably strenght and speed as it would speed up to almost double its original speed. The washing pole skeletong would then charge at her and end up in front of her, at a noticeable distance considering its sword's lenght as it would allow, and slashing with as much power as it could muster, meanwhile Henry, who was in the process of getting behind her, would lash out three quick mid air slashes at her back, should she face the skeleton. A pincer attack, the best kind. The best part was that, since Galla was a necromancer, no one but herself would find that the skeletong suddenly bursting into dark flames strange, they'd think it was just her giving it more power, most likely anyway, at least he hoped, Darkness wasn't something people tended to take well, and Henry usualy hid it at first from others, that and as a means of training without it. ------ "No, but I have experience against small creatures, you see, back in my world we had these small, devilish plant creatures created by druids and dryads, which we named 'Plant Effigies', they shared much the same traits as the ones you call Triffids, albeit they were not sentient." Hektor explained to Rhiannon his apparent experience with fighting such an enemy before. Telling her of a common spellcaster's best friend in his home world, effigies, objects or beings infused with elemental powers, one could make pretty much any object into a controlled minion. Druids and Dryads were especially annoying as they could turn plantlife into effigies. Hektor harbored quite the disdain for them as in killing plant effigies, you would destroy the plant it was used, and considering they liked to make hundreds of them at a time. The plantlife would suffer as a result, such travesty did not sit right with Hektor. He would go on to explain more, but he had just spotted a kingsfoil plant in the vicinity, "Ah, here we are!" Hektor quickly picked it up and stored it somewhere safe. "Might I ask? You too handled yourself especially well during that fight, if its not too much trouble, may I ask where you learned your skills?" He asked her, attempting to start a chat with the dragoon.
  21. [Wind Style] Henry's reaction to Aprameia's maneuvers was that of an amused and impressed expression as she soon enough used wind magic to send him crashing down, a nice plan considering his momentum would not stop. However she wasn't dealing with a small threat. That move would prove very unwise in the long run. 'Your turn Gnome' Henry spoke mentaly as his aura began to change mid fall [Earth Style] His momentum did not stop, however with the greatly enhanced strenght and endurance from the Earth magic he stuck the landing, landing on his feet, only kneeling slightly as the ground cracked from the impact. Two large flesh tentacles attacked him, in a most likely attempt by Aprameia trying to crush him with them, Henry ducked side stepped one and the slammed on him from the side, Henry simply smiled as his aura began to increase slightly as a small rock armor began to form around him, moving and shitfting, the impact only made him more his head as if he had been slapped. As the tentacles came at him again Henry stepped foward and slammed his fist into one of the attacking tentacles, the impact so strong it knocked the tentacle to the ground as it was momentarily stunned, the same happened to the next one. With both tentacles down Henry grabbed one in each of his hands and held them below both his arms as be began to pull, as much as the barrier would try to pull them back, as much as the tentacles would try to fight, it would all prove useless as Henry's strenght overpowered them as he eventualy pulled them right off the flesh and water barrier, showering the surroundings in flesh and blood as both the necrotic tentacles began to decompose, as a necrotic flesh reanimated would. Henry smirked as he analyzed the barrier, it had...water in the middle? keeping the mass of flesh contained it seemed, if he could destroy it he would effectively render the barrier useless, if not break it entirely. As Galla was attacking Aprameia, meant Apra would not have the opportunity to stop him. Henry held out his arm as the armor would begin to expand into it, eventualy covering it completely and forming a sword made of rocks, with a small crystalized parts in it. He stepped back, then foward in a lunge. With his enhanced strenght he went a fair distance, straight at the barrier's center as he prepared his slash. "Earth Rumbling Slice." He muttered as he spun mid air as he slashed at the Barrier's center, the slice would also cause a small fissure in a straight line on the ground on landing into the barrier's center. And a small crater on the exact point of impact to signalize the strenght of said attack. Hopefuly more than enough to destroy the barrier outright.
