Just got a new iPod Touch (largely for Unchaied X). As soon as the system download finishes, I'll be set for Thursday's launch. Just a few more days -

First off, all three games will likely have new trailers. The only question is to whether Unchained X will have been released by e3. If anyone remembers the Japanese release, Square gave little to no notice before the release, so it could be released before e3. If May comes and goes and no Unchained X, then I would say cautiously yes for both a trailer and a release date, but I would start to ask questions. Now for release date for Kingdom Hearts 2.8? Yes, as the release date for KH 2.5 was given at e3 2014 and 2.5 was released the following December internationally. Now as to whether we will see Kingdom Hearts III's release date at e3 2016? Probably not. I predict we will get the release date for that at either the 2.8 launch event (whenever that is, as I predict that Square Enix will do something similar to the 2.5 launch event) or at e3 2017.

While Cloud's return is not 100% official, I would move it from the "theory" category to the "very likely" now that this tweet has been made public. Also, I personally would like to see a Sephiroth fight with Cloud as a party member for the fight (but that is just my take) and this be the final conclusion of the Cloud vs. Sephiroth Saga (and may this fight be harder than the KH2 Sephiroth fight at least). On a final note, I wonder which voice actor leak will strike next...

Okay, done with the BBS secret episode. Now I think I'm hyped up even more for 2.8 than before. Now if only there was some news of 2.8 making an appearance at PAX East or some event before E3...

I already have X/X-2 HD on my PS4, and I'd say that based on the Lightning/ FFXIII Trilogy promotion going on lately, I'd say that the odds of getting the FFXIII/ Lightning Trilogy on PS4 are good.

Finally decided to get a PS3 for the Kingdom Hearts HD Remixes. Got 1.5 and I am quite enjoying KH 1 Final Mix. Hopefully I will get around finishing all four games before 2.8 comes out.

Well, there are still copies of the Day One Edition of Final Fantasy Type-O HD in existence at retail stores! Today, I was at Walmart today and there were like five new copies of the Day One Edition of FF Type Zero HD. Can't wait until the Episode Duscae download finishes!

Yes, it could go either way, but we're talking about the length of one world here (3 hours of so). So if we were talking honestly and betting money, I would say that it is unlikely and probably no.

Just watched Tron: Legacy. Sure's it's been over five years since the movie came out and I played Dream Drop Distance before watching either Tron or Legacy, but better late than never!

Loved the Jump Festa KH 2.8 (and III) trailer. Never really hit me until now how much better DDD looked in HD and on the PS4. Although I'm wondering when they're going to do voice work in English for the trailer (even though I suppose that is a rather trivial and petty complaint).

I know. May I mention though that Cloud from FF VII, who was announced last month, may be available for download this Tuesday afternoon. There's no rule that you can't be excited for both, can you?

Been so busy with work, just realized that next week is the Smash Bros. Nintendo Direct, with that weekend being Jump Festa 2016, which is Square's lineup includes KH 2.8. Next week is looking big for sure!

Jump Festa is in the middle of December. It almost always seems to be the Saturday and Sunday before Christmas. This year, it's on the 19th and 20th. In addition, Square Enix has yet to reveal its lineup for Playstation Experience (last I checked), so we could see 2.8 or other Kingdom Hearts-related news.

I wasn't complaining or anything. I know Jump Festa is just around the corner and they'll probably have more surprises there. Yes, I know very well that the game is over 1 year away from the release date. I was only remarking on Square Enix and their habit of trolling.

Tell me about it. Instead we get Beast's Castle for KH Chi as a returning world with no definite answer of whether it will be in KH Unchained X (or KH3 for that matter). Square Enix aren't called Troll Enix for nothing.

Square Enix aren't called 'Troll Enix' for nothing. Instead of confirming a new world for Kingdom Hearts 3, they confirm Beast's Castle for KH Chi as a returning world and they give no info on whether it is going to be in Unchained X (or KH3 for that matter, not that I personally think it is likely in KH3).
