Why is no one talking about this really great game by Nintendo!? There's a demo by the way, launched today right after the direct and can be played during the weekend. It's a nice little taste of what's to come in the next couple weeks. Also, preordering from gamestop nets you two codes for Mii Gunner costumes in Smash.

For whatever reason, ever since last year, I've seen a lot of people discuss the possibility of a console/handheld hybrid system being Nintendo's next console. I've seen a ton of people talk about it, but I've always wondered where the heck people get this idea from. Is it that stupidly fake leak back around E3 2014 that people were talking about? The whole idea of a hybrid has honestly bothered me ever since that fake leak first brought it up, and I've always wondered why so many people want one. Anyone able to give me some insight? -

With all of the recent news about amiibo, and the fact that they're branching out to games outside of Smash, I figured this thread could be helpful for us amiibo fans. For those who are unaware, amiibo are the new NFC figures Nintendo has been making. The only amiibo series currently released is the Super Smash Bros series, which recently had its third wave released. However, the Super Mario Bros series has also been announced, and wave four of the Smash Bros series will be coming soon. So, to kick off the thread, we've got an official report from Nintendo regarding the port strike in the US, and its affects on North America's amiibo stock. It's also been said that an agreement seems to have been made with the strike, meaning the amiibo stock might increase soon! I decided I might as well make a thread for discussing this game and reporting on news, since I get a feeling we'll be getting a lot of that soon. For those who don't know, Xenoblade Chronicles 3D is the first game to be exclusive to Nintendo's New 3DS, and as anyone who's played the Wii version can confirm, will be a game that really needs the hardware boost the new iteration is receiving. It's a port/remake of Xenoblade Chronicles (Or simply Xenoblade in Japan) for the Wii, with a couple new features added. Speaking of those new features, it's been confirmed that the game will be compatible with the Shulk amiibo! Using the Shulk amiibo with Xenoblade Chronicles 3D will give the player tokens that can be spent to unlock new character models and music tracks in the model viewer and music player features (Both of which are new to the New 3DS version). These tokens can also be unlocked through Streetpass for those who don't have the Shulk amiibo, which explains the Streetpass feature mentioned shortly after the game's North American and European announcement. The game has also received an official North American release date of April 10, while Europe has already had a release date set for April 2. E3 2015 is quickly making its way around the corner, scheduled to start on June 16 and lasts the usual course, ending on June 18. It won't be long until it gets here. Not much is known about what all we'll see there so far, but out of what we do know, what is your most anticipated reveal this year? As much as I wanna say it's the more in depth new Zelda gameplay, I'm actually anticipating the reveal of Kingdom Hearts 3's fresh new look, gameplay, and other new information that we may get at E3 during Sony's press conference. If we get nothing before then, I'm sure we'll see some actual gameplay in at least one world with a new trailer that shows of Sora's new appearance. I think we're just about at the point where we'll see at least that much, for as much as it actually comes out to be.

This was pointed out by a few who were really following the Hyrule Warriors news. No idea how you get it, but as you can see below, Impa is wearing the Mask of Truth. If you're not in the know, Nintendo of America announced a Limited Edition bundle for Majora's Mask 3D that included a highly detailed figurine of Skull Kid yesterday morning that immediately sold out online. However, these didn't really sell out by normal means and you can see that by the amount of copies being sold on Ebay right now. There are literally over 40 copies already listed on ebay for over $100. While this is a problem, There's also an Ultimate Limited Edition Bundle that adds Prima's Collector's Edition guide to set and only costs you $85. Kinda like what Best Buy did, Nintendo should have a dual-pack for both games for the people who never played either games in the past. And if you already have Ocarina of Time 3D, you can just give that away as a present for someone. As for price, make it $60. $40 for Majora's Mask and $20 for Ocarina of Time. I think that would be a perfect deal. And, as a special bonus who got the dual-pack, they get a special theme for their 3DS that combines both OoT and Majora's Mask. -
DISCLAIMER: THIS IS NOT A REVIEW!!!! I REALLY want to get bayonetta 2. and i would have got it by now if there werent other games that would be more fun to me. but bayonetta 2 is something that i believe should really be supported. i heard this from a guy on youtube (adam koralik) but i agree completly. this is basically what he said. not only is bayonetta 2 a third party exclusive for the wii u, but its also something that people no longer see very often in gaming and should be supported as opposed to fading into obscurity. the reason bayonetta 2 is special, is not only is it a third party wii u exclusive, but its a unique experience thats fresh and an actually new and good experience (unlike the rehashes from many other major third parties and the game is getting AMAZING reviews), bayonetta 2 is not trying to pull any bullcrap that people wont like (things like drm), and IT COMES WITH 2 GAMES IN ONE!!!! (BOTH BAYONETTA GAMES!!!!) if bayonetta 2 fails, then this great thing will fade into obscurity and we wont get another thing like this. thats basically what he said. i agree with him. but unfortunatly there were other games on my priority list to get that i thought i would have more fun with (i play games to have fun) but i really hope to eventually (hopefully soon when the money is right) get bayonetta 2 and support everything that it is. what are your thoughts? im curious.
