the game is genuinely good rn. even addictive. and development is getting faster but it is a bit weird they took this long to catch up

how does that even make sense from their perspective?? like, they have to keep paying the devs for the work being done when they know it's never gonna be used to make them money, so aren't they technically losing money with a decision like that?
