tenchi is the only guy pictured, yes. the little girl is sasami, younger sister of the purple haired one (ayeka). and ryoko (white hair) isn't a cat lady, but she has pulled some of those 😗 faces that kinda look cat-like (her tails aren't actually attached either: they're accessories). her spaceship can take the form of a cat-like creature, though, and also sometimes the form of a small girl

not sure i agree with that being the reason, but even if that was it, why just his face? it's like they moved all his features up to give him extra chin
