My theory is that the actual black box is Sora. Since Sora has the sleeping memories of Ventus he has the data for all the people Master of Masters sacrificed. The Master of Masters is in Quadratum. Black box presumably can't get to Quadratum, and Sora has the same color scheme as the black box. I think the black box is a red herring.
