I think there are actually a bunch of boy KH cosplayers.

 

Would post more, but I can't tell what sex half of them are ._.

most of them are bi or want to be the opposite sex.

 

there's like a small percentage that crossdress like that because...it's less expensive and more fun to do it i guess.

It's pretty fun Idont think guys do it cuhs they are embarrassed. If you have seen Demyx Time, the girls cosplay WAY better than the guys.

I agree with VenRox.The girl cosplayers can do better cosplays at times.But it does also depends on the character.Example,a girl CANNOT cosplay Cloud from FF.It's just a no-no since Cloud isn't the type for being cosplayed by a girl.But Demyx,can be cosplayed by a girl and look pretty good and convicing.

I'd be able to pull of Riku or Axel..... IF IT DIDNT COST AN OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY TO DO SO.

actually last year for halloween i cosplayed as Xiggie.

I dunno, I guess it's a mostly girl thing. There are plenty of male cosplayers but I rarely see them in KH outfits. The popular ones for guys are Master Chief, Altair, Ezio, and Solid Snake.

 

Re-enacting is funner than cosplaying though since you get to shoot and stab stuff.

Usually it's because I personally think most of the KH characters look feminine so it's easier for them to cosplay as them.

Plus I think the female cosplayers feel like being a guy for day or something ;P

I think when drawing characters like Sora they meant to draw a girl and it turned out bad, so they called it a guy. That explains the girls cosplaying as guys.

Yeahhh, this topic is totally over, but I'm kind of reviving it to point out that yesterday, (at one of the only UK cons) there were a LOT of guys. As in, nearly half the cosplayers were dudes. Including one dressed as Belle.

But, yeah, from what I saw, there were a lot of crossplaying girls, but just as many guys. And a few playing crossgender.

 

And the Cloud thing mentioned earlier is pretty accurate- it applies to a lot of the FF guys, really. Like Snow. Buh. The guy who was Snow yesterday was AMAZING. <33

I honestly think its a air balcnece, or at least when I went to comic con this year saw organiztion XIII half were male half were female and roxas was I dont kno, Cause the person who was roxas had a slender body and was well not sure maybe 16? but told me was roxas was quite ambigius.that he/she was 20. i still cna;t tell you what roxas was. all i knwo

I have hardly seen ANY boy cosplayers that DIDN't fail. Girls are just so much better at it. ;P
