I can't stand these people seriously why in Gods name, what's next ''movies are evil- Fox News''

They didn't grew up with it and don't understand it, they probably couldn't come up with something and just decided to bash on games

Discuss this right now in the comment section please.

Well those are braincells I'm never getting back. xP

Nothing in that video makes sense. There always has to be at least one person who has to nitpick what others enjoy. So what if they're 18+? Does it matter? No. They are doing what they love doing. "Video games are a waste of time." Normally, I wouldn't agree with a statement like this, but if it's all your doing, then yes you do need deliverance. Most people who play video games are playing as a pass time and have lives, studying or working. The only thing wrong with video games is the people who bash on it.

It's like Pokemon back in the 90s all over again.....

O.O

*Facepalms.*

The ignorance of people can be so catastrophic sometimes, I swear!

I mean seriously, bashing so heavily on gamers like this is a crime!  I mean, come on, is it that much of a crime to love playing video games? I am a 21 year old man, and I love video games, but that hasn't stopped me from living my life! I spend time with my friends and family, I am a great employee at my job, I help pay the bills at home, I do everything I have to do, but I also play video games, because it's a hobby I love to death, and one that's been a part of my life since I was a kid!

And yet, there's always going to be people who bash on us because they think it's something unholy! While granted, there are people who take playing video games way too far, it doesn't justify people judging gamers so harshly, ya know?

But oh well, people will be people, ya know?  As long as I live my life and love gaming, these bashers will never get to me, and they shouldn't get to any of you, ya know? :)

They're free to believe that gamers are weird and icky, but they are wrong.

I'm 23 and I'm recovering from cancer, so I have a ton of time on my hands to play video games. My illness has inspired me to want to cosplay as video game characters and visit children in hospitals who are suffering from cancer. I know how terrifying and how much pain they're in and I want to cheer them up in their time of need.

The world isn't so black and white. At its' best, the gaming community is kind and generous. There are entire gaming organizations dedicated to helping children who are sick or in need by donating gaming systems and iPads or whatever. A lot of the volunteers are men in their 30's and 40's who want to spread happiness by using the thing they love as a platform to spread that happiness.

Most nerds are good people.

So they can stand on their soapboxes and believe that they're doing some good by just talking.

We gamers are doing good by actually DOING.

I'm going to try to respond this as pg as possible, because believe me, I have some very strong opinions about these kinds of people (also involves strong language) If they want to play video games, let them, person a has no right to dictate what person b does
