[SPOILERS] About Terra and Ven and the Chamber of Waking

Posted

Hi guys this is my first post here I just registered today :)

Btw I have been thinking about the conversation of Aqua and Terra/Terranort. When Terra became Terranort, he asked Aqua if he is or they are in the Chamber of Waking and Aqua answered yes when clearly they are in the Realm of Darkness (obviously very far). And then some time later a Darkside (not sure here) grabs Aqua and Ven. If you remember on the ending of the BBS Secret Episode, there's a part there where Ven disappears from the chair in the Chamber of Waking. My theory is that Terranort (or Xehanort maybe) is actually near or in the Chamber of Waking already and asked Aqua through some way I don't know and the Darkside grabbing Ven and Ven disappearing from the chair is Ven getting kidnapped or something lol. And another question is why did Aqua say yes if clearly they're not in the Chamber of Waking?

I know this is a weird theory lol but I had to ask hahaha

Aqua replied "yes," because Terra-Xehanort had asked if "this place" (the place where Aqua had hidden Ventus) was the Chamber of Waking. It's because of this scene that Xemnas knew that Ventus was somewhere in Castle Oblivion in the Chamber of Waking.

Also, about Ventus' body being kidnapped. We see in DDD after Sora reunites with the Dream Eaters that Ven's body is still in Castle Oblivion. Only Aqua can solve the mystery of the castle and find Ventus.

Oh okay now I get it I thought that he asked if the place where they were is the Chamber of Waking. Now I understand it thanks man :)

No problem. Glad to help. :)

Well there is a chess piece that probably matches with Ventus.

I don't think they knew Ventus was in Castle Oblivion. One of them will likely awaiting for them.

It is also likely that only Aqua has access to Ventus.

But Xemnas was searching for the Chamber specifically to find Ventus. So he knew he was there, he just didn't know where to find it.

oh btw last and quick question. Is the whole 10 years in the realm of light only equivalent to hours in the RoD? (hours we played BBS Secret Episode and 0.2) Or have 10 years also passed on the RoD?

Hm yeah then probably Xemnas will waiting for them after they have been freeing him.

They will probably escape then Xemnas will pick up Vanitas.

Time flows much more slowly in the Realm of Darkness then it does in the Realm of Light. That's why Aqua didn't look like she aged in 10 years. As to how much has passed in the Realm of Darkness while ten years passed in the Realm of Light, I don't know.

First off, no, Terra-Xehanort was asking if VEN was in the Chamber of Awakening. When he said "This place..." he was referring to the "somewhere safe" that Aqua said she hid Ven. Aqua clearly said they were in the Realm of Darkness, so Terra-Xehanort would know that too.

Second, that event with Ven disappearing never came to pass, unless you count the glass coffin in Dwarf Woodlands. How do I know that? Because literally the last thing you see in Dream Drop Distance is Ven still sleeping in the Chamber of Awakening, smiling as he dreams of Sora and the Dream Eaters. The way the games are ordered in the menu, it's set up so that you go into 0.2 already knowing of what the state of things are in DDD, ergo, Xehanort doesn't have Ven yet. It's pretty much impossible to get to him without Aqua, Xemnas had been trying for years, he freaking grabbed a hold of Castle Oblivion and yet the best he could do was send Axel again and again to find nothing but empty rooms.

Also, it's been suggested by many people that those arms that grabbed Aqua and "Ven" may have been from Terra-Xehanort's Guardian, just 10 times larger. Kind of hard to tell, but since they were all illusions anyway, I guess it's open for interpretation.

The Terra/Xehanort part I already understand lol I just misunderstood the "This place" part I thought it was where they were. And DDD, I already played it on a friend's 3DS but it was a long time ago so I already forgot about the Ven scene at the ending and I also thought that Ven disappearing in the BBS Secret Episode ending meant something. Guess I was wrong lol. Thanks for replying though now I understand things even more :)

Lol, that's what playing DDD HD is for! xD

Anyway, glad I could help. X3"

Well, the whole thing about the Chamber Of Waking is, as Master Eraqus stated, the reason why Xemnas sent the Organization members to Castle Oblivion! They're searching for said chamber in the castle, sure, but they don't know, nor will they ever know where to find it, since only Aqua can navigate through Castle Oblivion and find Ven!

I do wonder why she answered yes, though.  Since, as you stated, they were in the Realm Of Darkness...

Like those guys said, Terranort was not asking about where they were rather the place that Aqua was talking about. Hope that makes sense lol.

And now two things popped in my head.

First is I think this is somehow connected to the scene where Xemnas enters the Chamber of Repose and talks(?) to Aqua's armor. I think in 0.2 Terranort was actually Xemnas talking to Aqua through her armor somehow and that was when he knew Ven is in the Castle Oblivion and sent his guys there. (Even if it's in KH2 it's a flashback right?)

Second is more like something I don't know again lol. Sometime after they closed Kingdom Hearts, Riku was transported to the Castle Oblivion while Mickey is still in the Realm of Darkness (might be wrong here). That time Mickey could have looked for Aqua again before going to Riku. But then maybe Aqua decided to stay and "be the light in the darkness" (like what she said in the ending of 0.2) that's why she did not go with Mickey.

Well sorry if I sound dumb with these questions lmao

Lol, I was saying the same thing about the armor in another post, I'm glad more people are starting to catch onto that idea. X)"

Eh, again, Mickey had no guaranteed way of getting out of the Realm of Darkness, he was trying his best to contact Riku at the time. I doubt he would be able to both search for Aqua AND try to expend his power by contacting Riku, it'd just be too much to handle at once. Plus, that card showed up out of nowhere when he got it and it whisked him away instantly, he probably didn't have any time to even get close to figuring out where Aqua was. The Realm of Darkness is expansive, it probably would have taken a long time for Mickey to have met up with her again anyway, even with the Wayfinder acting as a beacon.

I knew it. I knew that I forgot something important again lmao. Mickey was actually having a hard time contacting Riku and would just make it worse if he was to look for Aqua too. Thank you for refreshing my memory once again lmao. (dammit I just want Aqua to get out of the RoD already hahaha I shouldn't think about this anymore because Mickey and Riku are already on their way)

Ah, that makes sense, friend!  Hmm, and thinking about it, it would be curious if Xemnas was the one talking to Aqua via Terranort...that's a nice connection there! As for Mickey having gone searching for Aqua, it could have happened while Riku was in Castle Oblivion, but then again, who knows?

That and Aqua made her choice, Mickey was just respecting it.
