Since this is the final Kingdom Hearts game in the Xehanort Saga. I feel like we need a triumphant finish. I've been listening to the Kingdom Hearts Orchestra -World Tour- and I just realized that orchestrated music really fits for KH (at least in my opinion) it fits with Final Fantasy's heavy battles and Disney iconic magic. And Kingdom Hearts' music is already a good mix, but I feel like it would add to the magic if it was orchestrated. What do you think?

YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! I'd LOVE to hear that BEAUTIFUL orchestrated music in KH3! Especially the Ventus section of the Heroes and Heroines portion! Ventus's section of that was so powerful; in my opinion much more powerful than the original version of his theme, which is saying something!

And if they do decide to use the orchestrated music, I hope that they use Ventus's orchestrated theme in KH3 when he FINALLY wakes up!!!

Oh yes, definitely! An orchestrated soundtrack is a powerful way to help Kingdom Hearts III be an amazing finale to the Xehanort Saga! Music can really set the tone for the moments at hand, and Yoko's amazing and majestic scores have entranced all of us from the get go! I was listening to the Orchestra Concert tracks, and good God, it gave me chills down my spine when I heard how powerful all these tracks were! I'm sure Yoko will deliver nothing but the best for Kingdom Hearts III, as she has always delivered in my book! :D

:')

Of course, especially I want "cinematic" orchestrated finale.

Yes a primarily orchestrated soundtrack would be perfect for KH3, though I'd also like to hear some other styles in there for themes that are befitting them, such as techno or rock stuff for places like the Big Hero 6 world. In any case, this soundtrack should have the most life and most variety of any KH game so far. <3

they actually did it since kh1, tracks like Hikari instrumental, March Caprice, and some reprise tracks, Fantasia alla marcia in kh2 etc -  not all because of the console tech. kh2 dearly beloved is the first dearly beloved recorded with full orchestra arranged by Kaoru Wada by Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra and the trend continues with BbS and 3D. For 1.5+2.5 they remaster the tracks using live instrument with the help of gaQdan orchestra and 2.5 by Video Game Orchestra & Soundtrec Boston Orchestra. Although it is not fully orchestrated, the usage of live instrument makes the song more livelier. Fully orchestrated song will be preferable for slow-themed song like Kairi, Aqua etc. With the remastered ost, we can expect high quality recording for KH3, and it is already proved by Shimomura with FFXV OST!

Orchestrated Ventus theme next?

A mix would be great. Full orchestra with dash in situation with electronic would be cool. Don't see a Tron world being fully orchestrated xD.
