Is it to make kingdom hearts 2 child friendly and not bump up the age rating?

My best guess is that Disney wasn't too keen on the attention it was getting online, considering she is technically a minor. They were fine with fairy panties though, seeing as Tinkerbell still has hers.

Because that region isn't visible in normal cutscenes anyway and nor many people would check lol

Why render something that won't be seen right?

 

When I first started modelling 3D models of Keyblades, I use to make every itty bit of detail. These days I just omit some parts because I they won't be visible in the render anyway.

Because panty shots are a thing that should never exist in the first place, especially in the case of characters who are minors.
